Part 10
" Raman you very well know that I m very bad at decision making still you left such an imp.decision of our life on me .how can you trust me "ishita thought to herself .
She starred at the direction where raman had gone for sometime ,hoping that he will return but she was disheartened as he didn't .
While she was looking there tears were continuesly flowing from her eyes .Her hand unknowingly went to her tummy ,she caress her tummy for sometime and felt dispponted .
I- ( caressing her tummy) ( st) - I m not pregnant. I had accused him for everything the thing he has done and also for the thing he has not done .why he will return to me ,i m so bad .
She cried for sometime ,after that she wiped her tears and called her best friend and ramans partner in crime .The phone rang and swati picked the call.
S- hello.
I- swati.
S- hi ,ishita.
I- why did you do this to me .
S- what .
I- swati ,you very well know what I m talking about.
S- look ishita I had done ,which I thought was right for you.you can never get better husband than raman ever.yaar I don't know whats your and uncles problems ,we girls die on him and you ,who is getting him has no value of him .u can never think how lucky you are ,he so love you yaar .I know I was cheating my best friend as well as my profession but believe me ishu its best for you.
Ishita got more sad listening to swati ,she started crying more ." swati he is so angry with me ,he told me either I should choose him or leave him"ishita manage mouth between her tears.
S- and what did you say.
I- he after asking this ,was gone giving me chance to decide.
S- and you let him go .
I- then what should I have been done ,how can I stop him.
S- ishita ,I just don't understand ,you are such an intelligent person ,how can you behave like such a duffer sometimes. Yaar he is your husband who is madly in love with you.why can't you stop him .
I- ( asking innocently) did I did a mistake not stopping him.
S- of course you should have stopped him.
I- but I didn't ,now what should I do .
S- call him.
I- he is angry with me .if he will not pick mycall then
S- then prepare him fav.food ,decorate room to surprise him and confess your love.
I-so you are telling that I should tell him openly that I love him.
S- ( irrtatedly)no sweety ,why should you ,you are princess daina na so why would you mouth anything. Duffer what are you waiting for just confess your love and live a happy life with your handsome and hot husband.
I- hey don't put a bad eye on him,he is mine .
S- even I don't want him .even if he will be with me he will chant you hymns .arghh I m just fed up of talking about you.
I- ( making faces) you are so bad .
S- not more than you ,just call him and tell him that you are also mad like him.
They talk about sometime more time and then hung the call.
Ishita sat in her place and thought about her talk with swati and cheaded herself .
She took her phone and called raman but he didn't picked her call but switched off his phone after sometimes as she was keep.on calling continuously.
After sometimes she wiped her tears ,composed herself and went out of the room.she walked to kitchen for the very first time.
Mihika was preparing tea when ishita enter the kitchen.Mihika was quite surprised to see her there.
M- arey bhabhi you here ,do you want something .
I-( tucking her pallu in her waist) mihika why don't you listen,raman had told you to rest na then why are you in kitchen.
M- oh bhabhi bhai always worry unnecessary ,see I m OK.I was just making tea for myself and ma ,do you want some .
I- no sweety I don't want have tea ,even you also don't drink .actually you shouldn't drink tea instead of that you have juice and energy drink.
M- oh no not again ,bhabhi I m already fed up with my diet chart and now you don't start with this health Instructions. You know I m fed up of being taking care of.everybody are always behind me ,miku don't do this ,don't eat that ,don't ho there.( whishpering in ishitas ears) bhabhi you told me na that we are sis then be on my party please .please think as a bhabhi not as doctor OK.
Ishita smiled listening to her big lecture only for drinking tea.
I- OK just one cup a day .
M- OK.but bhabhi what do you want ,you are here.
I- can't I come here .
M- why not bhabhi its ,this house is all yours but I thought..
I- no ,I don't want anything but I m here to do prepare food ,you go and rest ,and from now I will rake care of all household works you just rest.
M- bhabhi but suddenly .
I- you want me to ho from here .
M- no bhabhi why should I ,OK chalo we will collective do everything .
I- OK.
Whole they were talking tea was ready ,mihika pour it in cup and was going to give it to her MIL when ishita said that she will give her.
M- bhabhi are you sure its for mummyji.
I- yes
Saying so she took the cup and headed to her mother in law's room.she was sitting there reading some book.ishita went to her and forwarded tea to her
Toshiji raised her eyes and saw her .
T( angrily) why you step in my room.
I- mummyji you know mihika is not well that's why from now onwards I will do these works.
T- but I don't want anything from you.
I- ( calmly) I know mummyji that you hate me a lot but I m very sure you love mihika a lot ,so for her sake just cooperate either she will trouble herself doing these works whole day .
Toshiji understood her words and started sipping tea.ishitas eyes whelled up with tears looking to this that toshiji hates her a lot but she loves mihika more than that as she got ready to accept things from her for mihikas sake only.
She started walking out of the room but turned and say " ma I m not that bad ,if you will try you can love me also."
Ishita ran from there mouthing that with tearful eyes which was not gone unnoticed by toshiji and for the first time she felt that her hatered towards ishita is baseless.
Ishita went back to kitchen and started preparing rmans fav.food which she got to know from mihika.
The food was prepared it was time for men to return .ishita was patiently waiting for raman but he didn't come instead mihir informed that he will be late as he has to attent a late night conference call.
Ishita got sad listening to him .she walked to her room sadly .she was sitting in her room disheartened when she recalled swati's idea.
Ishita excitedly took her phone and ordered some flowers and candles. After sometimes her order was delivered .
She started decorating her room .ishira decorated all the room with scented candles and flowers .she then wrote I love you with rose Petals decorating the bed and started waiting for him .The help knocked to call her for dinner ,she denied that she will have it with raman .
The help was gone and she again started waiting for him.
Mihika enquired is everything alright ,ishira assured her that she is waiting for raman and will eat with him.
It was ten o'clock but there was no sign of him .ishita thought to call him .she did same but his phone was busy.she called him in landline but it was also busy.
She went to mihir and asked for him .mihir informed that he was just talking to raman about something .He also informed that raman is in conference call so he may nitpick her call .if she want she can have her dinner ,raman will have something from outside. She didn't say something and was gone from there sadly.
She started reading a book to kill the time and don't know when she drifted to deep slumber but raman didn't showed up.
Next morning when she woke with continueous knock on the door. It was mihir ,before ishita can tell anything said hurriedly ," bhabhi please pack some clothes and his necessary stuffs as he is leaving for Mumbai for two days
Ishita was surprised to know that.
I- but why ,suddenly.
M- I don't know bhabhi but he told me to bring his stuffs while has already left for airport.
I-( guiltily) mihir did he return at night.
M- no bhabhi ,the meeting went till late night so bhai slept there only.
I- ( sadly)mihir ,he didn't even informed me.
M- is it so ,but he told that he was trying but your phone was unreachable.
Ishita packed his bag and gave it to mihir .he was gone while ishita sat in bed dejectedly.Unknown to her tears started flowing from her eyes and automatically her hand touched her stomach.she caress her tummy and talked sadly to the baby who was never there " see baby your papa is angry from mamma and you are also not there .if you would have been there,he must have to come at least because of you .you know papa loves kids most but you are not there.I wish you were there ,then we can also be angry with papa for neglecting us but you know its not his fault,its all happening because of me .I have done all bad things with him."
Don't know why but after knowing that ,she was feeling very empty from inside .she sat in same position for sometime lost in her thoughts .she came back to senses when she heard the help that mihika is calling her for breakfast.she send help saying ,she will be coming after sometime.when help left ishita looked around the beautifully decorated room.she immediately removed traces of candles and flower petals so that nobody can see them.
Ishits came down talked with mihika ,decide food to.prepared and some other household things while they noticed that there was a slight difference in toshijis behavior .she doesn't left the place as earlier she use to do whenever ishita enter .ishita and mihika both felt happy as they thought ,though small but toshiji has started melting .
Ishita got busy in her works and mihika was with her whole the time as she is new to house .Till the time ishita was with mihika ,she didn't missed him as she was learning cultures of this house from her but as she entered the room, she became sat and dull.That night also ishita didn't slept peacefully.
Next day passed with great difficulty and ishita was missing him badly.she asked about him to mihika ,to confirm that whether he is angry on her or OK.Mihika said that when he is out of house he doesn't talk much ,but he only talk to mihir about business only .she also said that raman has called in morning and talked to mihir for good fifteen min.
Listening to this ishita ran to her room and cried a lot feeling dijected.Anyhow she spend the day and now its night .though she knows very well that he will return tomorrow but she was waiting for him.she waited for sometime but then she cannot stop herself and called him.
His phone rang ,ishita prepared herself that what she will talk but he didn't picked the call .she again dialled this time also phone rang but he instead of receiving the call cut it.
Realising that he had cut her called ,she his her face and stated crying.she has cried for only few min when she heard sound on door opening .she raised her head and looked to the direction.
It was him ,she stood from her place with teary eyes.He was surprised looking her crying .she walked to her and stood in front of him but didn't speak anytjing but looked directly into his eyes as if asking where was he .He was waiting for her to speak something.both of them where looking at each other without saying anything while a strend of hair was blocking his view .He touched it behind her ears ,she closed her eyes to feel his touch .after a while she looked at him with questioning eyes.
