So true!! These things were supposed to be EXCLUSIVELY for Biwi...and that's why it HURTS so bad to watch..I think they are going to torture the audience to the max before revelation to Biwi..

I am wondering the same. Ishu had put on weight before. Raman called her fat many times. Tab to she did not go to dietician. phir ab kyu??? just to meet Shags???? They could have bumped into each other in a cafe or some shopping or parking lot too...why dietician??????

I think they are showing all this,cos when ishu gets to know if she's expecting ( if we get that) and separation happens, Raman will reminisce all this and regret it.

I would want that for sure but don't trust these cvs anyways today looked more like a filler episode plus raman going with shagun to the same dietitian as ishita another way to create mu first ward boy then the dietitian both will say it is shagun n raman's baby n who knows shagun herself may say that as raman maybe showing concern for the baby but she can take it in some other way n turn negative which has a high possibility.
