The chances of them remembering something like this on their own is like zero to nil. I mean they haven't kept Ishita's problem straight so why bother with Shagun's medical history? Ishita was said to have tubal scarring secondary to TB, correct? I'm a student in the medical field & to me the big complication with her getting pregnant is a tubal ectopic pregnancy given she is able to ovulate. Not a weak uterus that is unable to carry a baby to term. In theory the treatment for this situation could be IVF where they implant a fertilized egg in Ishita.

Maybe this recent not totally accurate report is part of the scam if they are going that route (ie Shagun reveals a giant scandal & saves Ishita/Raman).
