WHATEVER. This only get's worse!

Idk I get people are generally miffed at Ruhi, but with YHM characters go from innocent/kind to not and back in the blink of an eye. It's been happening all year so short term memory helps a lot from Raman pre-ILU to Ruhi now. šŸ˜†

But her wanting to tie a rakhi around the little baby out of excitement is sort of age fitting. I mean little kids aren't meant to be considerate - they just do. And even though Ruhi has generally been a dadi amma, idk I don't see as much of a problem with this action of hers - especially bc she & Adi just started to build a relationship this year.

Idk that's my attempt to see the other side! No jhootas pleej. 😃

Thanks for the LU, Anku & Atti & Kavya! ā¤ļø

I seriously feel bad for Adi & wonder how long they will let this fester in the poor boy bc he's probably feeling like an after thought to his parents & sister. šŸ˜”

I agree with you on the tying the rakhi around Ishu's stomach because that is kinda stupid and something a kid would do..what I am annoyed with her is her recent butting in into Ishra's baby and demanding dr manoj do a test and her unnecessary interference into Ishra's pregnancy...which could've been avoided.

Don't get me wrong - I agree with you there but this is 2015 YHM we are talking. So many things could've been avoided or done more thoughtfully had they tried. But here we hear dafa ho jao on Wednesday & ILU on Friday. Here we have Ruhi Jr. & Sr. intimately involved in Ishita & Raman's private life. Here we have siblings hurl massive insults but everything is solved in the blink of an eye. Hence to be able to still even watch the show, I've adopted effective memory loss like many of the spoilers said would happen to Puttar in Mumbai šŸ˜†

I think I'm personally at the point where character inconsistencies don't bug me too much bc both the characters & tracks change regularly to attempt please the audience/SP/BT heads, hence little consistency all around. šŸ˜†

Oh I forgot to mention - but angry & caring Puttar in the precap = bae =

I agree Krishy that kids do not think much about what they do, they are emotional and do not have to be considerate about what they're doing and what anyone thinks of them. But as a character Ruhi's over maturity was understandable and acceptable till a point. Now it's crossed a line.

As a child she should not be in the loop in regards to her mothers pregnancy till she's been told.. after its happened. Here, she and not the husband or mother herself were the one to go to the hospital to seek help from a doctor. She went after the tests yet again, was the first one to get the news. They should have shown her parents tell her to not talk beyond her age. But they have always let her do so and that's only made it worse. I don't see innocence in the child anymore.

Her obsession with the coming baby has been shown in a light that does not seem innocent to me anymore. It because the prime factor for Ishita wanting to go for treatment, and as a story or as writing I find it dragged and over used for everything to be Ruhi ke liye. They have written IshRa from Ruhi's point of view more than a couple's pov. If I take Ruhi out of this family picture, do the writers have a IshRa anymore then? Because they've never given us the couple as stand alone without the children factor tagged to them.

I love this show and I always try and find reasons to be positive and overlook minor glitches. But the Ruhi factor in IshRa's relation needs to have a limit. Sorry for offending if I did. Just my pov here 😊 But I totally get yours too.

Two things I noticed today.

Sarika's taunt to Toshi about over pampering Ishita because of the baby.

And Sarika questioning why Raman gets share of Papa ji's money.

Toshi is wrong in not wanting Sarika to study, because its regressive. She should tell her son to study more if she thinks the girl being more educated would bring an ego tussle between them. But she's not totally wrong in judging Sarika.Sarika isn't all that innocent as she seems. She can easily be influenced, has insecurities riding her and is money minded.

Don't worry about offending me over this show because I see your POV & agree with it! I almost had to stop watching after Ishita's miracle pregnancy bc I was utterly disgusted at the message that doing it 1-2x can "magically cure" a diagnosis of infertility. Different things set people off from the show but I'm at the point were I watch each episode in isolation bc the makers realize we viewers will watch about anything thanks to the great cast hence they have choppy tracks in an attempt to please SP/BT/viewers.

So Ruhi was beyond out of line with her interactions at the hospital on many occasions & is borderline obsessive about this baby, but to enjoy today's episode I have to separate her past actions that I FF'ed from today. Idk it's silly but it's the only way I can watch now.

I don't think there is an organic Ishita-Raman track anymore - both Ruhis have been too far embedded in them. It's really unfortunate because they've aged Ishita & Raman so much despite there being scope for a lot of lead centered tracks.

I've just lost expectations & an ability to complain more about what they show. šŸ˜”

So no offense taken & hopefully none given!

Man I can never be offended by your posts. You're one of my most favourite people to discuss the show with because we're so like minded. šŸ˜†

I admire that you choose this way to deal with the show, makes it easier for you. But I have a nagging habit of seeing character development and graphs šŸ˜† I am sure I'll get over it too. And like you said, I watch each episode as it comes, each scene as it does and am not so bothered about anything but just enjoying that days episodes now. I can detach easily if I wish to.

But the Ruhi ke liye factor is beginning to irk me now Did even before, but now its really crossed a line. Junior Ruhi and ab toh Senior Ruhi bhi 🤢
