I think the reason we are having problems with doodh ki safedhi Shaguniya se laye,rangeen Ishra jhil mil jaye (Based on Nirma jingle),is the lack of plausible build up . Since AH was on holiday,CVs skipped the redemption process,and went straight to the finishing line with the new Batwoman in town.
Vivek Jain told Raman that Ishita was drunk and Ashok took her upstairs 😡 The word is 'drugged' you fool.And he's a VP in Bansal's company?Even Raman referred to this during their fight.He said 'abh tak chada hua kiya?'Umm,you were the one downing shots like they were going to go out of production tomorrow,not her.

For the first time ,Ishita indicated that she wanted to be seen as more than a mother,a DIL,a friend,a roommate.That was a fight befitting two educated professionals,and I thank you for that CVs.I loved the way she said,I don't do anything for you.I don't drive you crazy,I don't make you go weak at the knees

And Raman saying to Ishita that he likes her just the way she is.Ishita looked sceptical as she thought he wanted her to remain a free ayah,sorry,governess.Reminds me of Darcy telling Bridget Jones that he likes her just the way she is,in Bridget Jones' Diary.Her friends hear this and tell her "Just the way you are?Not 5 or 10 pounds lighter,but just the way you are?'She is as amazed as them and then brushes it off 'But he's an idiot'

The slaps and then the kiss .Do you remember Raman saying to Ishita after the Ruhi abortion media scandal,that if she knew what his thoughts were,or what he felt like doing every time she gave him a lecture,she would feel very bad.You should gone along with your instincts all along Puttar.As you can see,Biwi most certainly did not feel bad

The C scene was very elegant.DT gave beautiful expressions showing Ishita ' awakening as a woman.There was a thread accusing KP of being bland in the scene.I would prefer to think of him portraying Raman as a gentle,sensitive and tender husband who is determined to make his wife's first time comfortable.There would be time enough for rough and tumble in days to come,but he knew how special this night was for her.So I forgave the CVs for making act like a douce bag for the better part of 3 days.
And the last part,well the satisfied look on Ishita's face puts paid to all notions of her being frigid.And kudos to you for catching the symbolism.
Looking forward to many more beautiful moments from this unique couple.Hats off to CVS for not resorting to the clichd dori scene.
