So here's something I always thought about the phrase 'supporting cast'

: "A supporting character is a character in a narrative that is not focused on by the primary storyline. Sometimes supporting characters may develop a complex back-story of their own, but this is usually in relation to the main character, rather than entirely independently."( credit: Wiki)

But looks like the YHM CVs forgot that their audience is tuning in with the expectation of movement in this story of this pair :

.. But that has been put in the back burner for indefinite period ... And what we get is them running around solving family 'emergencies' of all kinds from delivery, adoption drama to pre-teen infatuation that leaves them so tired as also the CVs so exhausted that they can't focus on their own marriage, on their own feelings on their feelings of physical attraction .or are the CVs waiting for an auspicious time when all the stars are aligned in their favor to take that step?

Nothing against the supporting cast's track... I would enjoy them if they were 'supporting track' not the main track... And they need to stop with the monologues/sermons.. It's a TV show.. Dialogues are for two way exchanges .. Not one way delivery.. It adds or increases the monotone to maximum 🥱

Net result of all this: ( I literally fell asleep when I was watching yesterday's episode 😳) 🤔

yesterday epsd... sarika -romi part was sensible... and was gud... rest i just felt so

Yes they could have added this leading to a conversation between Ishra about their own relationship ... Nothing... They look like they have been together for ever ..like an old couple 😆

I haven't watched YHM for last 10 days and I am not missing anything there was a time when I used to think why they are not airing it on Sunday too.

IshRa was lot better when they didn't confess we had lot of IshRa scene but now after confession we are not getting any romance.

I am wondering why the CV are not getting it into their head that we want to see IshRa romantic scene even if its a clichd one KP and DT will take that scene to a new level. They have a good cast but are not using them properly

This usually happens when a lead couple is left with no story of their own. But here they haven't even consummated their marriage and are solving others problem as if they don't have a life. CVs are concerned abut everyone's mohobbatein except IshRa's.

Sad part is rising trps will just encourage CVs to go on and on with this nonsense.

👏 great post, exactly my feeling at the moment.
Ishra relationship at a standstill, no movement.
They give us a glimpse of ishra, they talk about consummation and having babies than as if they have amnesia , they forget about it

Leads with fabulous chemistry and they are not using it 😡 or have they got something against ishra fans 😡

Even I literally fell asleep .there was nothing to hold ..not even IshRa conversation. Which is sad part .
No progress at all between the couple 😭

Word Gan ... seriously i don't know what to say our ranting going into deaf ears ... we majority watch the show for ishra and tolerate even crapy illogical stuff for ishra to watch there Mohhobbatein.. but what we getting nowadays ishra solving everyone's problems they talk but about what..well about everything except them .. what happened to ishra's wish to take there relation to next level ? I am ok with supporting cast getting there individual track but atleast show some progression in leads relation ... nowadays ishra become problems solving machine... though romi.. Adi tracks are good but i still find Epis are boring because we are not getting any proper ishra scens... i watch YHM for ishraRu and .. ishra are there still missing there Mohhobbatein track and Ruhi when will Ruhanika return missing her ..

I saw other show promo leads kiss... in just 50 Epi though its finite show... and here in YHM we are Close to 500 Epis leads have confessed there love sleeping on same bed but no romance.. in Raman's words "yaha toh akal pada hai" 😆

Please no offense i am not comparing two shows or leads was just saying generally...

I watched yesterday's episode in 5 minutes, which may have been a record! 😆

Shoot I even like Romi's track but (1) Ishita & Raman have an almost unnatural relationship & (2) having just one character have a majority of the lines in one episode while the others just stand around is too much for me to watch.

Sometimes I feel like the do things on purpose just to annoy viewers! 😆

Now we are moving onto Adi parenting track round 2, which I would be more excited for but it's so soon. Plus with the whole sponsor/choreographer angle, I wonder why Raman didn't learn about the dangers of over-indulging Adi especially when it comes to Vinnie when Adi was almost kicked out. Khair chodo...I've buckled my seat belt & am waiting for the roller coaster to start! 😃

#Balance - is it really that hard to find?

It was hilarious ..I'm traveling and I was watching it in the evening sitting on the sofa...and I dont know when I fell asleep...but I woke up and saw my daughter giggling and she said 'Dont tell me it's your show because you fell asleep 5 mins into the show"😳😆
