And exactly when do the Principles have authority to punish a child for doing something outside the school which they haven't witnessed, those are personal issues to be solved outside of that place.

Jhakkar so khud ki beti sambhalti nai and we're talking about damad? 😆

Yes 'Is' is what I was going for😳.. Jhakkar's needs something to calm down.. He's so angry all the time especially when he sees anything related to Raman 😆

Not only does this call into question Jhakkar's parenting style & blindness to his daughter's actions, but he is already biased against Raman from their professional life. So I think all these situations where Adi appears at fault just fuels his dislike of Raman.

You are so right that Adi needs to explain his POV to Raman & Ishita. That's the only mature way out of this mess for them (but there are many alternative drama-filled routes they could go down should they chose 😆)

Jhakkar is an ass. He is angry with Raman for not going down from his ethics and morals? 🤔 Something like that should apparently make him happy instead of angry. And then he removes his frustration on Adi without knowing that his daughter could be wrong too.

Yes. Adi is protecting Vinnie because he likes her and in that he gets blamed for a lot of things which aren't entirely his fault. So now he needs to think for himself first and stop letting Vinnie and his other friends manipulate him.

Exactly, although Vinnie isn't really some spoilt brat or anything but she is a rebel (although in a way that it doesn't seem so) and Adi is getting into things on her insistence and not on his own wishes. I think for one Adi needs to sit down and talk to his parents frankly about what's been happening clearing the air for all 3 of them and then post that the parents should do something about Jhakkar because neither is he a good father (from what I've seen) nor does he stop to think his own child could be wrong. Adi definitely has done things in the past which were very questionable. Even now he's made errors but those are what all kids do and also more than half the times were done on Vinnie's influence.

Getting him suspended and calling the police and all those threatens are way too much for a child. 😕

Yeah a talk is necessary between Adi and his parents, in fact even if the entire family intervenes at this point it wont be shocking, since this is an Indian home we are talking about here and a joint family, so that happening wont be exactly shocking.

Adi also needs to learn to say NO to things he thinks he is uncomfortable with or doesnt want to do. Last night he wasnt interested in going for the movie but went along when the friends insisted, when he wasnt into downloading it later because Vinnie pleaded and used the you are my only friend card he gave in - the boy should realise that NO is a good word and can be very useful in situations and people who cannot accept your denial about things that make you uncomfortable arent really the friends you need to stick around with.

Exactly, .had Adi done something in the school premises the principal had the authority to suspend him or call his parents but this is way too much, on what grounds can she suspend a child, whose fault cannot be proven in front of her, just based on the word of the parent of a new student? Unless they show Jhakkar pulled some strings and got the principal pressurised by the board it would look really silly to see something like this

And frankly while there are indications of Adi being the future SIL of Jhakkar, I hope it doesnt happen. The man cannot act and the girl is too much of a rebel who keeps getting Adi into trouble, he should rather find someone who's not bad news for him 😆

Well I feel Adi gets too influenced by others, he's still figuring it out ... I don't mind the girl that much.. But her dad needs something for sure😆

Ahh but it is so much easier said then done. Adi has faltered so often due to his misplaced trust, so you would think he would be more cautious, but who would suspect peers? Especially an apparently sweet girl who stood up for him when his family was going through a PR nightmare?

Not only that but the Adi we saw before he accepted the Bhallas appeared to run his friend circle, but now in a newer environment, this teen boy finds himself at the middle-to-lower end of the totem pole.

I think the boy shall learn his lesson from this experience or when one of his parents sits down for a heart-to-heart. Because as we all have experienced...the teens are a time of confusion, insecurity, and desire to truly belong...all of which may take precedence over logical thought.

One person who I think could truly reach out to Adi is Romi. We saw Romi & Adi developing a bond during the Sautan Sagas, and both are the wayward sheep of the family. So it's a mentorship that could be mutually benefical.

This track has so many real layers to it...⭐️

@bold - now that would be interesting and definitely lovely to watch. Romi himself got doing some pretty questionable things thanks to his mom' pampering and a bad company - here Raman is the parent who pampers while the company Adi finds himself in is also influencing him in the wrong way.
