So Simmi is gradually evolving into a woman of her own...and wants to be independent..I say, high time. I was getting tired of all the divorce-shaadi-breakup-again shaadi wala rigmarole. Simmi played her part superbly...she WANTS to take a bold stop as regards herself, but has a natural uncertainty about the same...Well enacted👏
Raman played his part as the concerned, supportive, encouraging elder brother to the hilt. Perfect bro-sis conversation. No melodrama. Very normal. I must say, I had a hard time taking my eyes off Raman. He looked DELICIOUS. Black and grey combo really suits him...
Ishita, on her part, did well to remind Simmi she has years ahead of her and "jeene ke liye umar ki zaroorat nahin hoti"..
Raman was supposed to go the doc, but couldn't coz of a meeting...Ishita goes to get his reports instead..ACP Abhishek is enquiring about his cousin who has sort of disappeared since quite some time...apparently, she used to work in the same hospital but under a diff name...the receptionist refuses to share the ex-employee's personal details. Ishita overhears the conversation. Long story short, ACP is Sarika's cousin brother..as expected...as predicted
Ishita asked ACP to send her his cousin's pic and details..she will forward it around in her circle..ACP agrees...so the big dhamaka is impending where Romi has a chance of getting his eyes blackened...
Good. Am glad we will get this drama out of our way. Once and for all.
Wahan Romi is suddenly all reminiscent of his times with Sarika and is browsing through her pictures. Toshi watches him...and tells him not to worry, she will help him in looking for her...just that, he will have to keep this hidden from the other members in the family...
Fair enuff. Like all melodramatic love stories, Romi is thinking of the woman NOW..after impregnating and humiliating and dumping her..I did not understand why he was doing this natak of "main use kahan dhudun, maine use apniz indagi se kyu jaane diya' and all...The last I remember, he had been arrogant and rude with her..and wanted nothing to do with her, except for getting the baby as Bhalla Parivaar's youngest GKC
In the meeting the investor throws some illogical, unnecessary attitude...and only curbs it wen Mihir announces in front of the members sitting, that they just fetched a new deal and this was all done under the leadership of Marketing Head, Mihika Iyer. I liked that Raman gave back attitude in equal, if not more, measure...I dont understand why zabardasti the investor has to be so bitch-faced. I mean, now toh even the baccha-selling accusations have been lifted OFF Raman..phir??
Mihika-ACP have a minor tiff and Mmihika leaves the police station, hurt and offended...Honestly, I feel it was Mihika's fault..I mean, WHO walks into a police station like it is a mall??
Adi-Vinni scene was again a jarring one...and apparently, he has been invited by his friends for some night party, for which he obvio needs permission...Very gingerly he asks Raman if he could go. Raman says yes..Ishu says no..finally Raman Adi ko jaane deta hai..Im guessing he has got a whiff of Adi's growing fondness for Vinni..IshRa argument about Adi was cute..very couple wala khitkhit
Shaila Bua left. She annoyed me a great deal yaar. Dunno why😔
I am sorry...I have hurried thru today's review coz I really wanted to get to the last part...where Ishu gets a call from the doc...she is calling ISHU tomorrow to discuss about her blood report...since Ishu had put the speaker on, Raman ne bhi suna...at the time he laughed it off...and tried to distract her..but later, at night he wakes up, startled, like he had just seen a bad dream..
he gets up saying, 'Ishita'... "Mujhe laga jaise tumhen kuch ho gaya hai...aur tum mujhse door jaa rahi ho...please..kahin mat jana...main tumhare bina nai reh sakta" this was so SINCERELY said it left me speechless...
"Main kahin nahin jaa rahi hun Raman...main yahi hun...Even I cant live without you" Ishu assured him, hugging him tight...sort of cradling his head in her arms...very very sweet...
And I noticed...the COUCH no more exists between them...that's QUITE an improvement👏so they are finally sleeping side by side..like a real married couple😊
Now the question is, the very mention of "kuch problem hai aapke blood report mein" has sent my mind into a dizzy spell, as I imagine the WORST scenarios in terms of the show...Even the IshRalicious moments are sort of paling before this impending doom...
the precap is MORE unnerving, where the doctor reads out the blood report to IshRa...Raman looked scared...My heart is thumping like mad...
I COULD be imagining things and want to only think of the best things as regards this show, but sometime back on Twitter I read...that the leap has been confirmed...I hav not yet received any news if this is true/false...but the kind of blood report problems and all the doc is talking about isnt making me feel good at all😔 Also, this isnt the first time a doc has wanted to discuss Ishu's health reports with her...earlier too, when Mihika had gone to the hospital to collect her reports, the doc there had said she wanted to meet Ishu in person...this is the second time..Okay, I know this is illogical- but it couldnt be about the pregnancy, coz OBVIO IshRa havent done it...then I dunno what it is about...god knows am rambling away...
Im sorry, this is prolly the shoddiest review I have ever written...but I cant get my mind off this LEAP thing, which will sort of LEAP OUT at us tomorrow...I am very unhappy and tensed right now... I dont want our efforts to be wasted...
Even after all the WIDESPREAD protests, we GET THE LEAP, then shame on us, for sticking to this show for so so long.
While I am still bracing myself for the worst, there are some aww-worthy pics of IshRa today

And against our wish, if the leap DOES happen, then I dunno how I'll be able to enjoy IshRalicious moments offered to us as consolation prizes😔
