Raman bend down to kiss shagun .Shagun touch his cheek and immediately Raman realized what he was going to do.he instantly backed out shagun was dumbfounded by his sudden behaviour.
Raman-sorry I can't do this I can't do this sargun I am sorry
Shagun-my name is shagun not sargun I am your wife u don't know my name and we are husband wife why cant you touch me
Raman-whatever ur name is I don't care but I can't touch you I just can't I am really very sorry.
Saying so Raman walked out of the room leaving a stunned shagun.
He walked out to the bar and start drinking whenever he close his eyes only Ishita crying image came into his vision.he was very disturbed his very motive of marrying someone else is unsuccessful.it doesn't matter how hard he try he could not be able to forget her innocent face full of tears,her shattered soul,her fragrance.he just can't get over her he just can't forget her.this problems he was facing since she left but thanks to his stupid brain he thought he will forget her if he marry someone else and now he is stuck in this marriage which does not make sense anymore to him.
He kept on thinking and keep on drinking till he drop.it has become a daily routine to just drink and drink until he passes out he just can't sleep without any tension since she left.life has become a living hell for him but he was not ready to accept that he misses her so much.
Whole week gone like this Raman never come to his room when shagun was there.he just try to avoid a conversation with her since their marriage.
One morning Raman was sitting in the couch in his room and drinking his coffee shagun enters the room and sat near him.
Raman -I know u think urself as my wife but stay away from me don't touch me.
Shagun -what do u mean by I think I am your wife Raman I am your wife
Raman -(self thought no u r not)-what do u want?
Shagun-I know something is bothering you u can share it with me
Raman-no there is nothing like that
Shagun -then can u explain why u don't want to touch me why u spend all night outside the room why u try to ignore me
Raman -I am sorry its just that I am disturb on something it will take some time to sort out but I will be fine shortly
Shagun- if u don't want to tell me I will not pressurize u but for my sake do me a favour please sleep in the room if u don't want any relationship I can sleep on the couch but please sleep in the room I am unable to answer mom queries.
Raman-I am sorry for your trouble don't worry from now onwards I will sleep in the room and I will sleep on the couch just give me sometime I will be alright...probably
Shagun-I am ready to give you all the time.
Saying so she walked away Raman look at her and think she is such a good girl but I can't give her any happiness that she deserves.
One year passed like this nothing change between them.Shagun was a very dutiful daughter in law and perform every household chores very efficiently.Raman and shagun were still like strangers living under the same roof.Everything thing seems alright but Raman could not forget Ishita and move on .for everyone he is happy with shagun but deep beneath he miss Ishita miserably
Everything was fine until that unfateful day .that day his parents passed away in a plane crash leaving Raman behind.Raman was shattered he lost his parents and simmi was also not ready to forgive him.she just came for her parents cremation and just gone when the rituals were completed.No hug no cries nothing shared between the siblings.
Raman was lost his life now have only shagun he wants solace but to his surprise suddenly after his parents demise she just started ignoring him .Her image of a dutiful wife was slowly started diminishing.Raman started feeling lonely in his big mansion because shagun was never there to accompany him in breakfast,lunch or dinner.he was always lonely sometimes he eat sometimes he just sleep after drinking noone was there to look after him .At the starting he ignored it and thought shagun is doing this to overcome his parents demise because she was very attached to them but one day all his presumption proved wrong.
One day shagun was gone out and Raman was working from home.he started searching for a file he checked his wardrobe but could not find it .he thought may be shagun kept it in her wardrobe .thinking so he opened her wardrobe at first he was very reluctant because he never opened her wardrobe but it was necessary.while searching for the file a envelope drop he picked it and open it and stunned after reading it.it was a pregnancy test report which is positive.
Raman sank in the floor how can that possible how can shagun be pregnant if he have not touched her yet.he decides to confront her but then decide otherwise that he should investigate before reacting.he decides to follow her next day.
When shagun came home that night he just informed her that he was going out for some official work.
Next day he pretend to go to the airport but he waited in the bushes to follow shagun but she doesn't came out.after one hour when she doesn't come out he thinks stupid to wait like this he was coming out but stop seeing a car come in the portico.
A tall man come outside the car and shagun just come and hug her .Raman was shocked to see that .Quickly they go inside.Raman don't have the heart to follow them but he has to go inside.After good ten minutes he decides to go inside.when he go he cant find them suddenly he heard some noise coming from his room .he goes to check and what he sees was not easy to digest for him .Shagun and that man was making love on his bed .he was shocked beyond words he could not register that he is shagun who always pretend to be dedicated towards her relationship is now having a extra marital affair
He was angry very angry but not possessive like he was for Ishita.He almost killed Parmeet when he talk nonsense about Ishita but here his so called wife is laying naked with someone else and he was only angry no possesiveness no love no nothing.
Raman entered the room with all his might.shagun and the man was shocked to see him there.
Raman-shagun what is this and who is he?
Shagun-Raman please forgive me (and laughed loudly)what do u think I will say like this no Mr Raman Kumar bhalla I will not say like this .he is Ashok Khanna my boyfriend.

They walked out of the mansion leaving a shattered Raman behind he sank on the floor tears was coming out of his eyes not because shagun betrayed him but because now he understood what he has done to Ishita.he opened his wallet and take out her letter which she leaves behind he cried furiously holding the paper and cried

He sat takinng the support of his bookshelf and suddenly a diary fall near him .he picked it and open it and found it belongs to Ishita he thought how this come here than he remembered that day he gave this to a servant to keep it on his room
He wiped his tears and open the first page and there it was written
