Well a person who commits crime when he/she is not sound of mind will not land up in jail for sure, they would be sent to an asylum and be made to treat accordingly for their illness.

However what excuse does Sujata have, Subbu is insane its a given but she isnt and as an accomplice to his crimes she should be sent to jail

Also with this stunt of his for which there are witnesses other than Bhallas and Iyers, it can be proven he is not a mentally sound person and hence when the Bhallas learned this in the nick of time they called off his marriage with Simi because of which he played the dirty trick of defaming Raman by levying such a dirty, hideous allegiation against him of selling his own niece.

Though lets see what the hell do our CVs show 😳

Just now finished referring and refreshing my facts... this guy cant evade law... he comes under exception to mcnaughten's rule... mera kuch nahi hosakta... atleast this stupidity made me to take my books😆 other than these many civil responsibility he can evade.regarding contracts in insanity he s not competent if proved insane

Imagine me feeling sleepy before an episode of YHM. My brain is yelling at me for demeaning it so much now 😵

Can I hope that the idiocy would be little less and hence bearable tonight?

Ishita whose been standing there for a while comes to Raman and takes him aside informing how Simmi left. Raman gets angry and tries calling her but she doesn't pick the call. They rush to Subbu's
