I can buy the whole no lucid interval bc she didn't appear to get hit in the head, so no epidural hematoma or anything. But how didn't she suffer any abdominal hemorrhage? Maybe she had clinically silent bleeding?

If I just look at it medically...internal damage leads to scar formation, so if has to do with her tubes, it could be that damage led to fibrosis & more scar tissue formation. Or they could somehow manage to coincidentally verify what Raman's doctor friend said. Idk. Either way, I wonder if BT has a consulting doctor on retainer (if not, I can volunteer myself as tribute in 2 years 😆) to go through some of the medical logistics involved with having a giant boulder crush a person, because back in the day, they did appear to have some semblance of medical ground to justify Romi's head-injury induced infertility!

Overall this is wayyy too much logic for TV, but good studying for me! 😆

Other than that..."creative" liberties are what shows run on. For example - show before YHM - lady falls from 1 story & is in a coma, on the verge of death, for days. YHM - lady is crushed by a boulder & is pretty much fine. It wouldn't have been so obviously bizarre had the 2 shows not run the tracks simultaneously! 😆

It's always more of a surprise when they get legal/ethical/business/medical things right then when they botch it up #sirf drama ke liye. Can you imagine living in a dooniya run by Teleland rules? *shudder*

Plus talking some episode pertinent med stuff, which is non-existent in the tellyverse where morals & ethics are meant to violated, "justifies" my 30 minutes before bed on here!

Yeah the doc said since Ishita went through such a traumatic experience its better to get her checked for any internal injuries and so they need to perform some tests on her - the other day the doc mentioned a test on lungs, this lady doc may include some tests on her abdomen and it could lead to something about her fallopian tubes being discussed like how since she last got checked probably years and years ago now their are advancements in science which might help her - a minor surgery that perhaps can remove the blockage and help her conceive who knows?

The research department of YHM sucks! They are actually implying that it's possible to go on for days without any problem or symptoms with an internal injury caused by a trauma that big! 🤢

As for our leads' sex life - sometimes I am afraid that Raman would be plotting and planning still to get laid with biwi and would be about to finally get lucky, pun intended, when Ruhi or Adi or both of them would drop in with their spouses and ask Ishimaa to babysit their children so that the siblings could spend some quality time with their respective partners sans their kids and of course Ishu nani and dadi would agree while puttar would weep that his life sucks, the cruel, cruel world that he lives in shouldnt exist and for all reasons and purposes he only got what he wanted - a mother for his children NOT a wife since he was so adamant about getting married 'Sirf Ruhi ke liye' - life really did give him what he wanted and now he doesnt like it anymore 😉
