Hello lovelies!

How are you?

Before I start, I would like to thank my lovely readers who has given so much response to the prologue. This update is simple but its notes are interesting. You'll get them in further updates. I really hope for the best for you.

It was a fine morning in New York.

Ishita was busy in checking the bills and latest payments of her restaurant. She was excited a bit to her mood. She had to be. After all, she was going to be 28^th in just four days. But it was not the thing which made her enthusiastic, actually the thing was, she was dreaming of Raman and her marriage. As per the promise they had made earlier, during their college days, they would marry each other, if by they turn 28^th. She was happy. But suddenly, her phone rang up and changed everything. She looked down at her mobile. It was Raman's call!

She quickly picked up his call and wished him.

Ishita: "Hey Raman. How are you?" she smiled. "After a very long time, we're talking."

Raman: "Hi Ishita! Yes it is. Actually, I wanted to share a very good news to you."

Ishita: "And what is it?"

Raman: "My marriage has got fixed with Shagun. Do you remember her? No, how will you? You were in France, when I met her first time. But luckily, our fate has brought us closer to each other and we have decided to get along for the rest of our life."

Ishita: "What? I mean Shagun Arora? She is the student from the University of Chicago and belongs to a wealthy family?"

Raman laughs lightly: "Yes, yes!"

Ishita: "Oh, then that's great dear Raman. I am really HAPPY for you two."

Raman: "There is not only need to be happy but you have to attend our Wedding, it's just in four days sweet heart."

Ishita: "Is there a need to ask? Ofcourse, I'll be there."

Raman: "Okay then, take care!"

They disconnect the call.

Ishita was really not happy, hearing his Wedding's news. She was not! She was dreaming him as her dream boy and now it was shattered into broken pieces. She did not know, what was she. Happy or Sad but she was jealous definitely.

She thought positively but it was a negative note.

"How can Raman get married to someone, he doesn't know very well? I mean, he had met her recently and in a short period of time, he has decided to get along with her for the rest? It's absolutely not fine for me. I love him." she said as she realizes, she really loves Raman. She decides to head to Chicago, not with the intention to attend his wedding but for sabotaging his wedding. It was WRONG but she was in love and it was right as per her feelings.

As soon as Ishita arrives Chicago, meets Raman's family and his relatives. Raman especially makes her meet Shagun, his Fiancee and gives them some space to know well about each other.

Shagun: "It was nice meeting you Ishita. I must say, whatever Raman had said about you, is perfectly true! You're really so sweet and caring."

Ishita: "Oh, come on Shagun, don't stand on formalities please. I am happy, you are getting married with a boy, who is very caring and lovely by nature. He'll always keep you happy but sometimes, you'll need to be calm when..drop it. As far as I know him, he is sweet by heart."

Shagun gives her a confused look. She did not why did she drop that sentence which was somehow, revealing his secret or what!

Shagun smilingly, "Ishita..I am going to make my life with him, so I really need to know about his merits and dismerits. Won't you help your sister in it? Please tell me, what was that thing, you had dropped." She requested.

Ishita: "We will have free time Shagun." She patted Shagun's shoulder gently.

Shagun slightly laughs: "Okay. But Ishita, you have to do a favour for me. I hope, you'll do."

Ishita: "Sure, Shagun. What will I have to do?" she smiles looking at her.

Shagun: "You will have to be the maid of honor."

Ishita raising her eyebrows, "Oh, ofcourse Shagun. Just for you two."

Shagun: "Thanks Ishita."

Ishita had agreed to be the maid of honor. So, it means, she had to be a dutiful and lovely. But deep inside, she had intentions of preventing the wedding from happening. She started scheming ways to create misunderstandings between Shagun and Raman. She was getting obsessed with both these two, but what could she do? She was in love. And love is pure craze which lets you do something, you haven't allowed yourself to do.

Next morning, Raman-Shagun and Ishita were gathered in the living room, talking about their college days, fun and how they fell in love. It was her first step to create a rift between ShaRam.

"No..no, it wasn't like that Shagun, I and Ishita had always been of creative minds. We used to copy each other's assignments. We used to have a lot of fun dear. Isn't it Ishita?" asked Raman pointing at Ishita.

Ishita replied, "Yes Raman. And you know Shagun, Raman had taken me to a Dinner Date too. We were just amazing. But now, everything has changed."

Shagun was a little bit uncomfortable hearing about Dinner Date. But they were collegeous, so it was quite natural between them. She felt like this and shared a smile to the two. The day passed with spending time with each other. But Shagun was looking quite depressed. She wanted to know about what Ishita was saying to her and dropped to speak.

Precap: Ishita and Shagun talk about Raman. Later, Ishita takes them to a bar as she wants to bring them closer but her true intention seems wrong.
