Read a lot of stuff aboutt he Simi-Subbu angle and frankly I dont think it would happen. This seems like speculation on part of gossip websites and just based on the recent episodes when Raman has been away.
It would be a disaster if Simi now is married off to a man who was once almost married to Ishita as they were in love, she already has/had a husband who lusted after Ishita and still continues to do so...if Simi is to be associated with a man who must covet Ishita, Param is irreplacable, Subbu cannot come even within inches of him, let alone bypass him. So the angle to me makes no sense - the Simi-Subbu one, its just a filler while KP is away since how can the love triangle play out in the absence of one of the angles, the hero in this case? So I wont put my money on this pair, not to mention Subbu looks a wee bit shorter than Simi too 😆The actual focus which the so called all knowing sites have skipped is Ananya here to me, Subbu has lost a child, fairly close to Ananya in age and that ladies (and gentlemen, if any) is the focal point of this track. This show is about how children can affect a relationship or how they can be used by those who dont value love and relationships. Ishita and Subbu split when he learned she cant bear kids, Shagun still has a place in Raman' life and would continue to do so always as she is the biological mother of his children and while his daughter wouldnt mind if she disappears from the face of the earth, the son is still attached to his mother.I believe Subbu' loss has taught him the value of children even more but what it has also made him realize is when you dont have a child, it hurts, it hurts more than you can put into words, though the actor fails to bring that to the screen and the writing is so far not opening it up completely, which I hope it does. When Ishita had encountered Subbu with his very pregnant wife, his mother had been so crude and said that her son had options and he used them to have a child of his one while Ishita never would have any except for adoption, now her son with options lost his child when the kid was barely a babe...so having options is no guarantee of any kind.To me, this attachment of sorts Subbu is forming with Ananya and Vandu' upcoming accident in which I believe she will probably loose her child, may pave a way for the awaited track - that of Ishita' infertility.Subbu and his mom are yet unaware as are the families, Ishita has chances, slim as they maybe, of her conceiving in the future, with medical attention. To me having Subbu back can only be justified if Ishita' past is explored more, her infertility which led to their breakup and affected Ishita on every level as a woman, which killed her confidence in her feminity, in her womanhood is explored and not because we need an ex who becomes a relative. She became unwanted and undesirable to countless men facing their rejection owing to this one aspect beyond her control. However on the other hand, if Subbu marries a divorcee for a kid, her kid, then too this issue should be explored, as to how a man with options too resorted to accepting another man' child since he lost his own...which may too lead to some dialogue from Subbu to Ishita about how he now understands whats it like to feel empty and alone and all but to me that would not be how I would like to see this addressed as, though I would be powerless to stop it if thats how its being planned...
