it could be that subbu was unable to move on with his life therefore sujata is helping making amends with his past so he can finally get closure and focus on his wife and son, but she may not know subbu's real intention. another possibility, subbu originally meant to reconcile with bala and apolagize to ishita but after seeing her, all the old feelings resurfaced. it wouldn't be totally far fetched if they show that subbu was unable to move on from ishita. either way this is a very interesting track and CV's have a great character in their hands if they choose to make subbu layered and grey shaded. however, amit tandon is a flat actor, with zero screen presence so I don't know how effective his portrayal would be.

Overall very interesting track ahead but cv's will butcher it by showing OTT bulshit and subbu and shagun joining hands. so I have no hope.
