Looks like this Subbu is short and a dentist. I guess making Subbu a dentist can be useful for the CVs to create MU easily. Ishita will obviously be grateful to him for helping them in Ruhi's case. Subbu might use his profession to stay in touch with Ishita. Who knows he might replace Dr Batra!

Though it's unfathomable that how can a normal dentist be this much shrewd and cunning? And, why would Sujata be his partner in crime?

If Ishita blindly trusts the trio--Subbu, Sujata and Bala, I can't really blame her because of Bala. She always knows Bala is the one who stands by her side through thick and thin.
