Its not a big evil plan of Chachu to get rid of Ranjan and his family and slowly occupy and usurp everything. Its just that circumstances presented itself to him this way, where the wealthy brother and his only son are estranged, there is SO MUCH WEALTH on offer, so he started digging tunnels to make it more accessible to him and his sons. There is a open jar with money, he wants to dip his hands into it and take for himself and his son
Ranjan's son doesnt give a rat's ass about his Dad, why wont he help himself to the free moolah under the pretext of helping his "Bhaisaab?"

R&B is extremely well accomplished, a self made angel investor/entrepreneur is arrogant and cynical about life in general, is an introvert, has mentally crucified his Dad many many times in the last year, has had many consensual sexual relationships in the past 15years (I know its "my choice" but definitely not a Hindu way). He refuses to approve the HW upgrade investment knowingly fully well, his wife's career rides on it. He overlooks her hurt and pain when his sister hints that her friends may not be "up to the Bhalla standard". Doesnt make any effort to impress Appa. Did not tell II the whole truth about the workings of his family when he chose to marry her

He is not a philanderer, he is not unfaithful, he doesnt pretend to be a "gharelu family man"

Why does he get irked when she thinks to go or goes to DII? Is it his insecurity, given the animosity between Appa and him, he thinks that Appa would brainwash her against him OR his typical husband possessiveness OR he just tries to rile her up?? Over the years down the lane, if she wants her parents to be with her, given their old age and she thinking to support them, would he oppose??
