The episode started with Shagun spouting venom at Ishita and Raman...for stoppage of payment of her car's EMI...Mihir and Rinki who had just entered the room, heard all of it...
I am so GLAD Mihir is so frickin' sensible...and so understanding of Raman's motives.. "Theek hi toh kiya Raman bhai ne...kaunse kharche hain tumhare?? Rent ka, khane peene ka kharcha main uthata hun...tumhen aur paise kyun chahiye?? Kahin jana hai toh auto se chali jao.."
Shagun is the most DISILLUSIONED creature Ive ever seen even in a fictitious show..She has no job, no means of income, nobody to really take care of her extravagant needs and crazy demands, and not to forget she was found in the KACCHRA months ago, and YET, she prides herself on having the best, wearing the blingy-est, riding the best...RIDING HIGH ON MEN WHO EVENTUALLY LOSE ALL INTEREST IN HER... "What are you saying? MAIN auto se jaaungi??" No, you WITCH...We'll have to order a helicopter for you...dumb fool😡
"Kkyun...par lag gaye hain tumhare?? Tum koi alag ho doosron se? Roz subah Rinki khud auto se jaati hai college...Aur rahi baat Ruhi ki, MAIN use roz school drop karke aaunga" So even that excuse wont work for Mihir... Im so in love with Mihir yaar...right from the way he looks to the kind of character he has emerged as...is so COOL...So level-headed...so composed...practical..He is tough when its needed...he wont spare his bitchy sister either👏 I feel sad for Mihika...she messed around with the wrong guy..Mihir is a guy who believes in keeping his slate clean...
Shagun shoved him aside and walked out of the conversation...
Raman and Ishita came back to Bhalla House... Ishita pretended like they had the best time at the restaurant...Toshi and Simmi felt happy they'd suggested she go out...Once she went to her room, Raman told the Bhallas the truth - "Hum sabko sirf khush karne ke liye yeh sab kar rahi hai...Wahan restaurant mein Ruhi bhi aayi thi, Shagun ke saath...Ishita ko dekhke bhi andekha kar diya..." Toshi tried to make him understand Ruhi is a child..and is only angry now...
What I'm amazed at is - Raman said, "Kya gussa Maa" I mean...Shouldn't HE have understood why his daughter is reacting that way?? I felt so bad..and was so DISAPPOINTED in Raman when he said that...he spoke like Ruhi was just pissed for nothing...This is not the kind of behaviour I was expecting of him...Raman took Adi's shitty attitude and extreme bitterness and hatred for 6 LONG YEARS...But why is he dismissive of Ruhi's feelings??? She is just a 6 yr old...and her parents let her down so badly...How else is a child her age supposed to react??
Anyway, Toshi thought of a 'smart move' to cheer Ishita up..and cure her depression in her own unique way... The way Simmi kept shaking her head sideways and kept saying, 'Nai Mamma..aap mujhe bhi fasaoge', I seriously thought Toshi's planning a weekend getaway for IshRa to take their mind off this custody nonsense...Well, it wasnt anything of that sort...Toshi actually prepared a drink (alcohol) and stealthily went to Ishita's room...Pehle to usko samjhaya ki yeh sab temporary hai, Ruhi bas naaraaz hai, usko toh wapas ghar aana hi hai (Really Toshi?? You shouldn't be so confident) ...sab theek ho jayega...and then handed her the glass, saying, its an Ayurvedic remedy... 'kaadha hai...pee le, teri tabiyat theek ho jayegi'
Ishita took a gulp or two...looked like she would spit it anytime soon, saying it was too bitter...Toshi kept insisting she drink it coz she'll feel better...and then Ishita downed the rest in one big gulp...Toshi pe mujhe bahut gussa aata hai aajkal...lekin jis tarah Ishu ko pyaar se sula ke gayi...I felt a bit warm and fuzzy inside...Toshi can be MIND-NUMBING irritating sometimes...but at times like these, when she is so caring and sensitive towards her daughter-in-law, I feel her love and kindness sitting here on my couch... Im glad to see she's as crazy about her granddaughter, as she was about her grandson...I hope when BOTH the kids permanently get to stay with IshRa, she wont start with the GKC shit again
Shagun has vowed to herself she wont listen to Mihir...or Raman...and live her life on HER terms...She notices Roo sleeping peacefully, digging her face in the pillow... "Not a bad idea...Meri beti mere kaam nahin aayegi...toh kaun aayega"
So, the disgusting plan is set in her mind... Roo is her ticket to luxury and riches and everything else she's been feeding off on, the last so many years...
Suraj and Ashok are busy discussing how to 'deal' with Mihika...Ashok wants to throw her out of the house...or maybe even harm her...Suraj tells him he wud either end up going to jail or giving off half his property if he divorces her... Ashok DID seem like a villain today...aaj sach mein laga ki usko GUSSA aata hai...Like, he REALLY wanted to get even with Mihika
And the nutcasE??? What do I say about her?? I mean...she thought of this 'FOOLPROOF' plan of pretending to be pregnant with Mihir's child...to ward off Ashok's advances...Wow...Ashok and Mihika's scene was so CREEPY...Ashok was bending creepily over a sick, sleeping Mihika, murmuring 'Baby' interspersed with other cheesy dialogues...She woke up with a start and asked what happened to her...He pulled her close and clutched her tummy (THAT BIT LOOKED HORRENDOUS) and asked her about her baby... "Wow...manna hi padega...aisi haalat mein bhi tumne apna figure maintain karke rakha hai"
Mihika started sweating...Itna bada jhooth bolegi iss champu ko, toh aur kya hoga? Had Ashok possessed even an OUNCE of a brain, then he'd have caught her lie right when she uttered it...dumbass...He kept trying to touch her in places...and informed her he already knows about her 'deep, dark secret' ...Mihika kept trying to push him off...He kept yanking her closer to him... "Kaun bachayega tumhen ab??? Tumhara Raman jiju toh mera naukar hai...tumhare boyfriend ki toh shaadi ho chuki hai...aur tumhari Ishita Akka...use toh khud sahare ki zaroorat hai"
Ashok looked so CREEPY...Like a typical rapist...And the way he kept getting cozy wth Mihika left no doubt in my mind her wildest nightmares might just come true very, very soon...He snatched her phone away, disconnected all the lines in the house, and told her he'll lock her up from outside...and promised her he;ll make her understand what torture REALLY meant...I cant even feel sorry for Mihika...She TOTALLY brought it on herself...and for whom?? That bitch Shagun who has zero self-respect and can get back with Ashok any day...Mihir NEVER asked her to make such huge sacrifices...and meddle in his wayward sister's messy life...Now even if Ashok manhandles her, rapes her, tortures her, she has no way out...You cant push a creep too far...he's got to explode some day...I can only wish Mihika save her ass and jump off the window and scoot off from that place...
And Shagun?? My GOD!! They dont make women ilke THAT anymore naa!! She called Ashok up, saying, "Sorry Ashok...actually tumhare kayi saare missed calls dekhe maine...toh socha call kar lun'
Ashok rolled his eyes, and informed her he never made any calls to her😆
"Oohhh...technology problems...I tell you" Shagu fibbed 🥱MAZAAK MEIN BHI YEH DIALOGUE KOI KYUN LIKHEGA???🤣 Shagun vella and jobless aur freeloader ho sakti hai...but itni GAWAAR?? Lol...Anyway, she shed the LAST VESTIGE of whatever self-esteem and shame she had...and tried to suck up to Ashok... "Hamare beech jo kuch bhi hua woh sab bhoolke..hum friends toh reh sakte hain naa...we shud meet..." And so the bitch fixed the meeting with Ashok... "Jab bhi tumhen time ho"
Wow... I should GARLAND Raman for his presence of mind...They just had a meeting in the restaurant...Given the fact that Ashok is caught up with teaching Mihika a lesson, I dont think he'd have called Shagun to discuss the ad...WHAT WAS THE NEED FOR RAMAN TO DISCUSS THIS INCIDENT WITH SHAGUN BEFOREHAND?? YEH IDEA USKE DIMAAG MEIN DAALNE KI KYA ZAROORAT THI?? Raman doesnt have an ounce of patience...Im still riling over WHY HE HASNT SHARED THIS INCIDENT WITH ISHITA?? What will the outcome of this thing be?? Very, very disappointed...
Ishita woke up in the morning and the first thing she did was, think about Ruhi...Ishita called Mihir...Mihir and Roo were having breakfast and she was getting ready to leave for school... Mihir simply responded mumbling...in the affirmative when Ishita said she only wanted to hear Roo's voice, since she knows Roo wont speak to her...
'Nai ..humein car loan nahin chahiye' Mihir said quite audibly...and laid the phone on the dining table...without disconnecting it...Ishita was still on the line, as Mihir asked Roo about her new best friend and if she had completed her homework...Roo kept quiet...and said, "Ishima ka call hai naa?"
Rinki and Mihir looked like they were caught doing something sneaky... That reminded me of the times I myself have questioned my parents when I felt something wasnt right... Roo picked up the phone and succintly said, "Aap mujhe ghar nai laaye to phir mujhe phone kyun kar rahe ho? Please dont call me...Thank You." And disconnected the call...
My god...children can be really sensitive, perceptive...She really misses her Ishima...and is really, really hurt...Poor Roo...
Ishita burst out crying when Ruhi dc the call...Simmi rushed in and tried to console her... "Meri bacchi mujhse roothi hai" Ishita is really heartbroken...her day starts and ends with Roo...and with each passing day, it seems like Ruhi is simply growing distant with her...
Shagun stepped in and told Mihir Ruhi wont be going to the school today, since they have some work outside...Mihir offered to drop her off...but she declined the same...said they'll take a taxi...Mihir left...and Shagun took Ruhi to the room...showed her a gauzy frilly white and pink frock...asking her if she liked it..Roo said she did... Shagun dressed her up in that really pretty dress, took her to the dresser...and dressed her up in the way one would, for a fancy dress competition... I was appalled...She was manipulating her child, smearing lipstick on Roo's lips, applying blusher on her cheeks...and 'readying' her for the 'meeting'...She asked Ruhi if she remembered the rhymes she learnt at school...Unwittingly, she was preparing Roo to put her best foot forward for the impending meeting that would decide her worth as a 'face' for the product launch...Im so disgusted with Shagun...how responsible! Bunking classes and dressing her daughter up to look her best so that she would mint Ruhi for all she's worth...What is WRONG with this woman????
Highlight of the episode - Ruhi wont talk to her Ishima..wont take her calls...wont even let her hear her voice...but she remembers each and everything about her Ishima...She KNOWS Ishima wont like the lipstick smeared on her lips...In the restaurant, she remembered the table manners Ishima taught her...How touching...!! I guess that's what true love is..!! Chahe jitna bhi naaraaz raho, uss insaan ki har ek baat yaad rehti hai I just hope Roo doesnt get trapped in Shagun's nasty web of deceit and comes back to her Ishima...if not physically, then in spirit...
PRECAP - Shagun spent a lifetime hammering BS into Adi's head, making him literally HATE Raman for most part of his life...and now she's manipulating her innocent little daughter...trying to convince her to audition for 'Ashok Uncle' s ad'...since Raman Papa is working with Ashok, she should cooperate and do as she says, else Raman Papa will lose his job...What are the DEPTHS to which this woman can plunge to?? Im DISGUSTED...Apne matlab ke liye apne bacchon ko koi iss tarah use karta hai kya???
Im really feeling sorry for Ruhi...Raman gave empty assurances to his wife...didnt share such an important thing with Ishita...and IF Ruhi DOES agree to feature in the ad (since she doesnt want Raman Papa to lose his job), HOW WILL HE THEN STOP SHAGUN FROM DOING THAT?? WILL ISHITA NOT FEEL DEVALUED AT KNOWING RAMAN HID SUCH AN ESSENTIAL FACT FROM HER?? Why am I not liking the way Raman is behaving these days??
P.S. For the record, is it only Ishita's job to call Ruhi and check on her?? WHY DONT I SEE RAMAN MAKING AN EFFORT TO CONNECT WITH HIS DAUGHTER AND SPEAK TO HER? ASSURE HER EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT??? What's the point deciding his daughter's behaviour?? Shouldn't he be as desperate as Ishita to try and cajole her?? Apologize to her?? Meet her?? Atleast he can try!! But nai..all he does is assure Ishita day in and day out...but do nothing concrete😡
