I still think Raman was in the mood to make baby#3.And you can't blame the poor sod.Ishita was kinda flirting with him.She didn't mind that he was drunk,she grabbed his hand and made him sit on the bed.It's like giving a starving man access to a sugar cane field.

Anyways,wishful thinking on Raman's part.Even if kid #3 did make it to the scene,there would still be custody problems.No,not over the kids.Murphy's law being what it is,Raman would keep trotting over to KarKarduma Family Court every month.To fight custody petitions for Ishita from each of his awesome threesome.

Going by this logic we can also say to negate all the shit that ranan has told ishita when she refused to talk to sarika and all that nonsense behavior towards ishita whenever she tried to talk abt His meetings regarding Adis custody case, cvs made ishita to elope with ruhi. So that everyone will feel that ohh raman did a mistake but ishita is cruel she is doing everything knowingly. Poor raman bechara 😭
