I was waiting for today's segments as I thought we would get some good news about the upcoming track But what we get..Ishita refusing to take Ruhi's custody!

Don't know how can Ishita do this to Ruhi?

This means Raman is not the one who would want to sacrifice Ruhi over Adi...thankgod. Theres a diff between Ishu chosing Adi over Ruhi (for Adi's sake seeing his mental condition) and Raman doing it because had Raman done it would have been tagged as selfishness.

As per the spoiler it is Raman who steals the paper and then ask Ishita to not take Ruhi's custody for now!
