After watching the OLV today where Raman comes to take Ruhi as Ishita is unwell. Think it's a plan.
So Ruhi comes to see Ishita and Ishita might explain to her the reason why she decided to stay with Adi and hence might plan the hate thing just to show others specially Shogun and maybe try to get both their custodies.
Cos at the moment if Ruhi comes Adi will have to go right so hence Ishita knows that Ruhi is quite strong and will understand if she explains to her and plans accordingly.
It's just my opinion from what I could gather from the current situation as if not there's no logic to the current track.
