Isnt he beginning to show glimpses if a normal pati in him . No wonder in French , the word for both wife and a woman is the same by name 'Femme'. Got to hand it to him for his data point " no, it's the wife".

Honeymoon is a transitional time which doesn't exactly reflect the day to day married life.Couples do face the blues when they understand that life together cannot be always about romantic lunches , dinners or dancing away into the wee hours of the night , holding hands all the time, the pampering , luxuries or even the 24/ 7 attention that they try to give each other .
This kind of honeymoon cannot continue for most couples and they have to heed to demands and distractions of real life . It catches up, you know . This is what madam writer is putting us all through, I get it.
To understand the balance between work and family, complexity of the father son relationship which is hanging by a thin thread , the fabric of family relationships , II will have to through a time which will be akin to a period of adjustment status. Dangerous grounds .

Also the boulder which is waiting to crush us all with the Paris as base issue. We have always seen II as being the life at DII , malcha marg and even at work too. There's too much nostalgia and connect for all the readers to II being based in india. While she might not play the match maker between her husband and father in law, her father in law has a minimum expectation of aap aao to sahi betaji, mehfil e rounak ! Its strange how II "Wants" to have as normal a marriage as Akka and Amma though she knows all the elements in HERS are so different from theirs, goes to prove at the end of the day we all want the same things (feminists can bash me up, yep!) Its great to be married and have that "power" over someone... you know... consider his things as your own, beat em up when you are mad, go hug them when they make you happy... that HAQ... YES YES and YES i totally agree and yes you know long back i told you II is going to do all the things and some more in Mulcha Marg arre she is a version of us u think we will let anything go :-) i am already thinking baisakhi and tamil new years 😳 .. she will domesticate him in her own way and he will make her wilder 😆😆

i have done 11 bdays for my son and 9 bdays for my daughter from adults + kids to just kids only so technically could write a book on it from dora theme to pump it up to bowling we have done it all 😆
This one was a drop off and super simple menu -pizza,chips/salsa, veg puffs, carrots and dip and minion cake.
we did 3 -4 games one was pretty cool and a big hit - divide the kids to 3 groups and give them each a prop and they need to come up with an advertisement for it.. i was stunned at the imagination of 8-9 year girls.
we also did a small treasure hunt.
we ended with a 2 hour despicable me movie so aaraaame ki party and girls super happy
and all shopping for plates/cups and decor from namma amazon 😆

Lol!! I thought it was her daughters b'day!! And not Anu's wedding anniv!! Seriously no kidding that menu!! That menu would be my husbands favourite lunch wish list for our wedding day!! 👏
