I love how II is really bringing joy to R&B.. The poor soul has suffered enough loneliness n grief in form of fractured family n mysteriously dead parent...the guy who only used to give smirks, half smile n full smile is laughing now!!! Shows that he is finally opening up to II...II too had lost her tongue the initial few days of marriage but is now being the DII wali talkative II... Somehow he hadnt seen this version of hers in all his interactions in Delhi.. Paris has done them good I say! The opening up is not suddenbut gradual... I see R&B talking/probing her a bit more than india as well... Except for that walk they took.. I never really saw them getting to know each other in india... Here they are doing that.

In general I think Punju boys are more aware of their sexuality sooner than Iyer boys, must have to do something with Iyer parents suppressing sexuality in general, be it male or female child

Iyers boys are always taught not to be superficial only to look for substance, "read deep books, and spend time thinking good thoughs, debate religion and philosophy with thatha paati and have Physics and Math quizzes with neighbors. While Punju boys get on their bikes, wear their branded clothing, SHAVE AT 15, and are zipping through the colony...


The reason I like Madhavan in Alaipyuthey is because he has that devilish streak of pursuit... I know he is not an Iyer in the movie, but in real life he is... so I was like PHEW!!! So Iyer boys can do it. Similarly Siddharth is a WIMP
