Ishita ignoring her family is wrong, I dont deny it but I want to stick to the fact that her so called family also blamed her so many times for the mistakes not committed by her... so now Ishitha's act will balance the equation
At the same time I dont want to blame Ishitha for her act of taking Ruhi away, her only point in doing this is to make sure ruhi doesnt go to shagun... she wanted to make sure of Ruhi's safety, she doesnt trust shagun will take care of Ruhi even for a single day considering the past experiences

she is completely binded by emotions and she needs to manage them... while spending time with Ruhi alone, she will get sufficient time to introspect what a big thing she has done by separating Ruhi from her family...

Leo,

I was going to write a very very long rant about why I think Ishita is wrong in taking this step. And that somewhere Ruhi's importance in her life ended up being more important than the actual welfare of the kid. Like I said in yesterday's post, I dont know why Ruhi couldn't stay with Shagun for 2 days till the court opened. If there was any evidence that Shagun could do immediate harm to Ruhi, then everything would have been justified. About Ishita's consideration (or lack of it ) for Ruhi's relationship with Raman & the rest of the family, well, it is highly uncharacteristic of someone who has been represented as the calm, mature one so far. That part of her was what made her completely different from Raman.

BUT then, I read the WU and I found one way how I could live with this running-away business. The writers have finally told us that Ishita is not God. Even earlier during the Mani-phase, when there were debates, Ishita's willingness or intent was not in doubt. In that aspect she came out as someone who has a clean heart, but for the first time since the show began, I think Ishita has messed up without a doubt. In her mind her reasons are right, maybe she thinks her actions are too, but I do believe that if someone else was going through this, Ishita wouldn't advise them to do what she is doing. IF, the writers want to show that she is flawed too (and not just hurt & closed by her past), then I am honestly OK about the way they have chosen to show this.

having said all that, we get to the 2 parts that made me ROFL today... dream and dead bodies... THIS is what masterpiece TV shows are made of... YHM has arrived Baby... and how 😎

and Finally

Yes it is really refreshing to this changed selfish blundering Ishita, who in grief and desperation is making a mistake like a human! But this track will be worth it only when she realizes that she is doing a mistake, else will be useless like the Mani track! I will wait till the end of this track, and if the end is satisfactory then I'll watch the whole track in one go, until then Rajma Idli zindabad!!!

if you wish for ishita to pay for her mistakes then why complaining when raman is bearing the consequence for his mistake.

Lucky agree with ur post n thats y i wrote I prefer this Ishita over "Devi" tag given to her. I always wanted to see a "Human" Ishita if I want to see some Devi serial I will might as well watch some mytho"logical" serial not YHM. 😛

Very well said

Dream and dead bodies

Yhm has truly arrived

Unfortunately I don't agree with rest of it

Today was unrelatable

Ishita could understand airhead and even adi machinations

But gave complete disregard for other family members

Yes ishita has messed up

And very badly

She needs to realise that

And proper redemption needs to be shown

Leo,
I am not saying she is right. In fact I am saying if someone else was doing this, Ishita would herself advise them to think rationally. If she acknowledges that she messed up, I will be fine with it. because that is what humans do. they dont have to be always right, but realise, accept if they are wrong.
You think they are using this incident to glorify her as a mother, if they are, then I agree with you. its BAD. but if they use this incident to highlight her as a human, I don't see a problem with that.

But atleast for me

They made me dislike ishita

And I find it sad as former big ishita fan

I dont think that a great mother will think of acting against child's father? Unless obviously if the father is a monster n child is unsafe with the father. In this case well CVs did paint Raman as a monster so ya Ishita does become great mother. 😆
