If I am not wrong when Ruhi's custody case got reopened, didn't Raman ask the judge to give Ishita the mere custody of Ruhi. So than how can Raman make the decision for Ruhi?

Exactly what I was thinking. Ishita was given the sole custody of Ruhi then how can Shagun claim the custody from Raman.

I feel when the case goes to court n if the same judge is there she will declare the case null n void as Shagun has filed a wrong case against a wrong person Raman.

She should also warn Shagun for creating chaos in Ruhi's life.

I think you guys did not watch the episode carefully, Raman didn't sign anything about Ruhi,Shagun and her lawyer are fraud and the lawyer make a false paper.

Raman did sign the documents without reading it...he thought the documents stated 4 lakhs per month in exchange of Adi...that's the copy with his lawyer n d one he signed had that clause added fraudulently n Raman failed to read before signing.
