Okay...well the new spoiler of Raman behaving like a selfish father and all...just like Ishita was accused of being a selfish mother a few days back...in a way its wonderful.
Before all of you start what the hell let me explain myself.
Like I stated earlier, this track is about IshRa becoming parents of TWO kids and not just one - Ruhi is the center of Ishita' universe and Adi is Raman' weakness. When it comes to these two IshRa have no rationality left in them because their first instinct is to listen to their heart which isnt always processing the pros and cons of their actions, it just feels and reacts and they move along the way they do.
In what seems to be the upcoming case Ishita is taking Adi under her wing now, she is becoming the mother of a child who absolutely hated her...when she fled she didnt think I am getting a son or that Raman will get the son he so loves for whom I tolerated Shagun for months on end under my roof - no she thought - I am losing my daughter - but now that she knows that acting on impulse helped no one she is back to her self, which is why she even thought of what Adi might be feeling in this moment and asked Raman to make sure Adi doesnt feel unloved, unwanted - the kid needs to know his dad loves him, she knows Raman wants his son to love him and so wanted the father-son to bond.
In taking care of him as she is about to do, in asking Raman to look after him Ishita is becoming the mother of a son, even if she isnt conscious of her actions, subconsciously she has come to the point where she knows now she is his mother too, as he is now back to Raman and without Shagun around she is the one who has to fill in the spot, she is being tentative because she doesnt want to perhaps overwhelm the child or force herself upon him. She is giving him the space he deserves but in asking Raman to look after him making sure he also gets the security he so needs.
Now Raman is gonna do something for which he will probably regret - he may have taken Ishita' words to heart a little more than needed and overestimated the capactity of his daughter' tolerance which makes him take the decision he does or will.
Raman has always been a father of two - he loves his kids unconditionally and blindly, but whats new to him is also this whole aspect - of fathering both his children at the same time and maintaining a balance while doing so, not even unintentionally slight one of his kids in doing something for the other. Ruhi was a baby when Adi had left, he overlooked Ruhi for a better part of her life and it took Ishita coming in their lives to make him realize how he loves his daughter, to get close to her.
Now Raman has a new ace to master, new balls to juggle - he has to learn to parent two kids at the SAME time, when he never faced this situation before.
When parents have a second child, they need to make sure that the first one doesnt feel shadowed by the new baby or neglected or unloved because now his/her parents have someone else to love - these kids have stayed under the same roof before in these months but the stipulation was while they had the same father, their mothers were different in their minds - there were 3 parents involved in the picture...and the shadow/ghost of an almost parent that lurked in the past as a baggage, Ashok, who Adi had accepted as a parent, as his dad.
Now this couple who so far came together for one child and fell in love by parenting her will have another kid to parent, one who they do love, but one whom they have to learn to parent as things go along while the kids, they too have to now have a new beginning. For Ruhi it would be having a family where her parents love another child just as much as her, her elder brother, who has faced tough times and is more vulnerable than her. For Adi the new beginning would be learning to acknowledge his new family - he loves Ruhi now, thats a given, so sibling revelry is not his problem, at least not currently, for him it will be adapting to stability - adapting to a set of parents he thought never loved him but in fact do, trusting that unlike Shagun and Ashok, they are not using, manipulating him - realizing that he is loved by Ishita and Raman unconditionally.
