Madamji is IAS officer, pls send her soon 😆
Where is Shagun getting the money to hire a sleazy lawyer to fake documents not to mention freshen her wardrobe everyday...no repeats. Why didn't one of the Bhallas remind Shagun she bailed out on her baby in front of Adi? Just the perfect opportunity for the kid to hear the truth about his manipulative mother. How did Shagun manage to get the court to reverse the verdict on the record and give Ruhi over to her based on a phony document? Child custody cases are heard in court when any issue to the well being is raised by any person related to the child. It's not that simple, that Shagun just files a bunch of papers and she gets the child back. No court will validate the document with Raman's signature except a kangaroo court when Ishita ws given full and permanent custody. It's not like Ishita raised the matter and wanted to give up her rights as custodial parent/guardian of Ruhi. Twice Shagun was denied custody of Ruhi by the judge after a hearing each time and it's on the record. Who did Shagun bribe to tamper with the ruling of permanent custody of Ruhi awarded to Ishita.
CVs are making a mockery of the family court system. Unassuming viewers are going to believe it's the way the law works. When it comes to delicate family matters like child custody it's not a joke to spread faltu social messages to an impressionable audience. however small a segment they happen to be in this case.
I cant believe there is so much debate about Ishita' actions and so harsh at that too.
Yes, she has done something unexpected and perhaps a little illogical but you know what its not exactly something that is unusual.
I dont know how many of you are aware of this but there is a certain physiological reaction that is triggered in humans and animals alike when they feel they are threatened its called 'the fight-or-flight response'.
Ishita is currently grappling with the situation at hand with the Flight mode on...because she thinks she has no means to fight this battle at the moment given that there' no one or nothing that can aid her...the moment she deals with the situation a little more pensively, when she' not panicking the fight mode will be triggered on...
Its another thing altogether though that all of this drama is for the sake of TRP and apparently irrelevant because Ishita has Ruhi' custody and not Raman so for all her tall claims that Shagun made of submitting the documents Raman signed in court and being done with all the legalities and blah, it should be useless...the court would reject the petition and in fact can take legal action against Shagun for trying to mislead the court, filing false documents and god knows how many other legal clauses.
For those unaware of what FOF is here' a little tidbit about it from Wiki
The fight-or-flight response (also called the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response [in PTSD], hyperarousal, or the acute stress response) is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival.[1] It was first described by Walter Bradford Cannon.[a][2] His theory states that animals react to threats with a general discharge of the sympathetic nervous system, priming the animal for fighting or fleeing.[3] More specifically, the adrenal medulla produces a hormonal cascade that results in the secretion of catecholamines, especially norepinephrine and epinephrine.[4] Amit Sood, Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicinediscusses the classic fight or flight response and states that estrogen and testosterone are also hormones that affect how we react to stress, as are the neurotransmittersdopamine and serotonin.[5]
This response is recognized as the first stage of a general adaptation syndrome that regulates stress responses among vertebrates and other organisms
Aani dont be surprised😆 Thats the state always in the forum about Ishita!! Your logical explanations with proofs too wont help as people who support Ishita are judged who doesnt think after effects of it!
In real life too we have seen many incidents where mothers have killed their husbands or relatives when their children are harmed. They would have done that out of reflux without thinking what would happen to their children whey they go to jail! Yes Ishita has done a mistake and hurted her family unintentionally. She will understand it when she gets time to think. Apparently thats what will happen as per OLV. She will be coming out of airport.
Good points Aani... and about forum reaction... well, I learned that the world is really full of weird people including me.
"Fight or flight"is basic human defense against any type of fear... but, sadly Ishita should not make any mistake or show a grey shade.I seriously doubt whether the reaction would have been same If Ishita was Ruhi's biological mother😕
