You now what the sad part in all this is, the production house and the TV channel have the power and source to empower women but they stoop this low.

Actually CV's are trying to highlight this very issue & they would give out their msg at some point in time, its the reason we still get to hear GKC rant by Toshiji... The prob is one no is even shown opposing it, it should be done at least once in a while before Toshiji changes else it does give out a false msg, as its not a guarantee people would watch the particular episode where Toshiji finally changes & admits her mistakes ...

Its a bit similar to what's shown in the female torture show on Zee .. what's that name.. 22:30 show.. some Doli Armaanon Ki or something like that, they have shown all sorts of tortures of what a husband can give to a wife only to give a msg you shouldn't tolerate such ones & fight back.. Round 1 was over, now Round 2 started in there,, husband turned into ex-husband after the leap...

anyways.. the point is CV's are heading in the right direction but they are dragging it unnecessarily thanks to 7:30 slot.

I was always supporting this right from the new year episode.

Women need to understand their value, respect themselves and stand for their right. Otherwise things will never change. A pair of xx chromosomes makes you a woman, but it takes education, righteousness and a lot of guts to be a feminist and fight for your rights.

Such regressive shows need to be boycotted!!!

I support this topic completely! Men can no more be perceived that way. Its a woman who carrues forward lineage because she has the ability to bear a child.

Star Plus is a channel who air shows like Satyamev Jayte. Yet on their daily soap they are showing such regressive things. Shame on Star Plus! Shame on YHM producer who claims that it's a different kind of show.

Desi soaps & cable TV channels are more frequently watched in India than news channels, documentaries etc.

The fact that they are mouthing such dialogues at Prime Time TV is beyond disgusting. Its like YHM has gone back to the 19th century.
