What ever Shagun is trying is an out of the court settlement. Even she is aware of the fact that Raman can't decide on giving Ruhi to Shagun to get Adi's custody as that will prove him to gender biased and once again uproar will start afresh that Raman wanted to let go of Ruhi while she was un born etc. But the real plan of Shagun is to separate Raman and Ishita as she very well knows Raman's weakness is Adi and that too now even Toshiji will opt for Adi after learning about Romi's fate. So if they have to give Ruhi, Raman will have to convince Ishita which will be an impossible task and the moment Raman hands over Ruhi to Shagun, Ishita will leave Raman and go out of his life and Shagun's intentions will be fulfilled.
Only thins which is possible is that Ishita, Raman & Ruhi together will plan to teach a lesson to Shagun and with an additional clause that "Ruhi shoul dnot be left alone anytime, Shagun should stay with her 24 x 7, except fopr school hours and never to make Ruhi cry and also has to fulfill all her needs (including finanacial) without cribbing anmd never to rise voice or hand on Ruhi." And if she fails, Ruhi will be back to Ishita and even Adi will remain with Ishra.
So the fully prepared Ruhi will go to Shagun and will show her what was the mistake Shagun did by asking for Ruhi.
