How can Shagun demand Ruhi's custody ??

During Ruhi's final custody track, the judge had given complete and final custody to Ishita, based on certain important reasons... Ashok's testimony about Shagun's violent nature, was one of the main basis of the decision...

Court's matters are always recorded n m sure if the lawyers get those papers, during Adi's case, Raman's case will become more strong...

plus, right now, Shagun doesnt have any means to give Adi a proper life...and if Raman presents Ruhi's custody case paper, to the court, then there is no way the judge will over-look the violent streak side of Shagun...

so then why is Raman pressing for an out of court settlement... her demand for 4 lakhs rupees every month, or Ruhi's complete custody, is BS, and he doesn't need to listen to any of those, cause eventually, if they go ahead with the case, then Shagun will loose not Raman...

so why so much jhanjhat n melodrama...

My point too. Ruhi's custody was given to Ishita.

Raman signing off something cannot change that.

I think after all the drama they show Shagun losing Adi and Ruhi can never be hers...

yeah...first of all Raman cannot sign of Ruhi's custody alone...secondly, at the most, this can do, is create more tension between Raman n Ishita...as Shagun had said, right that Ruhi got you two together, now Ruhi will only separate you...so Ishita may get angry that how can he sign such a thing...if he inded signed Ruhi's custody in Shagun's name , that is...

but my point is, that he doesn't need to...his case is strong... if Shagun puts such atrocious demands for out of court settlement, then he doesn't need to pay any heed to her n drag the matter in court...he will surely win...kneeling down in front of Shagun, is not necessary...
