we will keep the list of passwords excluding present one in order.

That order should be maintained strict.

If password has to be changed

we will select the top in list as next password.

same way if any one know that old password is not working they should try the next in order.

and problem of pass word changing will be not be experienced by the user
once they pass word is changed they have to wait to know the password na
