This is also such a backwards track in a way. If the groom is the one who cheated the girl, why should the girl compromise her life? In these days why is there still a need for an urban family to cover up something like by getting the girl married off.

I agree with u.
In the article it is said that Rinki will be shattered and traumatized...and my question is...for that reason someone has to come up and get married to her to make her normal?What a ridiculous and regressive thinking is that?Make the girl get out of the trauma...make her mentally strong and help her to complete the studies and pursue her dream to be independent.
