I also think strongly that Raman should start his own business and succeed in it. Unlike Ram, Raman does not own any business. Ram had his on empire and he was able to eventually come back to it. I am sure if Raman starts a business Mihir can join him, Ishita's Appa can help with accounts, Romi (hopefully his truth will come out) can help and even Rinki (she is supposedly a very smart girl) can join him as an intern or something. Even Bala might be able to help Raman. I do not think Raman should rush and join Ashok (isn't the company owned by Ashok or does Ashok also have a boss?. If Ashok has a boss, then may be Raman can replace him by his work. If not Raman should start his business)...
