Lovely collages Gan!

Lovely IshRa moments today but I agree - while the job search isn't easy, not sure if a panic attack is needed this early.

this evil clan eill be friends with another evil evil evil vamp-shagun. And now all of them will hatch plans to break the bhallas.

Shagun will put the blame of findinfg the wrong guy for rinki and not doing the right jassoosi giri for her sister in law trying to prove that ishita doesnt care about rinki.

But know what shagun? Bhallas ADORE and TRUST ishita. Not gonna happen.

And i understand raman cant receive best CEO awards always..but its sooo sad to see him like this.

Hope malhotra burns in hell and Raman gets an EVEN better job and makes malhotra regret the day he was born.

Yaar koi please shagun drama band karo yaar.

Koi hunari kyun nahi sunta ? Bas abb hogaya na. Abb aur kya bacha hai? They are stretching this to next level now. :'(

Aaaw G, that pic. So sweet. Oh my sweety Puttar, thank God he no longer has to shoulder his burdens alone.

You know Gan, I can understand Puttars frustrations, since I am in the same boat myself, sort of. I am very senior in my field but can't handle my boss who plays dirty office politics. So I have decided to leave and have given myself 6 months to find something new, but I am having daily panics about managing until I find something else. And it's just the start of the journey for me too. But I am now thinking of doing my own thing and setting up on my own, so no more Bloody Employee as Puttar says. Hopefully Puttar does the same. Very realistic issue for YHM to tackle. As a woman with no kids, I could already relate to YHM. Now I can relate more 😃

And thanks for clearing up what Lodhi Garden is. Saved me from googling 😆

Don't Worry Veeann... Everything will go smooth. Bas don't pressure yourself and put your health down. Take it easy and things will fall smoothly even before you know it. 😊 Just stay positive!😊

Thanks yaar. I am generally positive and happy shappy, just have my moments so can relate to Puttars tears 😃

@Vee: Good luck, I'm sure you'll be good. I went through the same thing while back. Office politics and tyrant bosses just make you hate the job you love... had to make the decision that my own happiness was more important then the stability of a job... very hard decision but I have never regretted. Best part was when the boss that made me feel so bad about myself, especially on the day I left, called me up offering me a better incentive package and position to come back and work... nothing felt as good as that email declining the position. I'm sure this decision is going to lead you to a better and happier place as well..🤗

Guys have been a bit occupied with real life...promise to read and respond to all the posts tomorrow. or later tonight.

V and anyone choosing dignity over unhappy work environment( V 6 months is a good time frame...we also did the same when my hubby got fed up with politics and gave up his senior position in one of the top US banks and started his own venture)...I'm with you ...that's why I loved Raman's decision..sometimes believing in your own abilities and not letting others take advantage of you ..is all it takes...Rest a person who's not afraid to work hard...can make it as they know the secret to sustain.

And Raman's worry about landing a job I relate to...but his immediate worry about making ends meet was where I had issues...as he's been pretty practical...and smart...he has to have some savings to last him quite a while...Remember it was a salaried position and CEOs of a big firm get a handsome benefit package. I probably failed to explain myself what my issue with the tears was. To me ...Raman cannot cry because he's not getting a job and he's putting burden financially on Ishita...but he can ofcourse cry when Ishita was trying to boost him up by letting him know what his true value is. My issue was that the tears were flowing down his cheek before Ishita talked about Adi and also Ruhi...I felt that was a bit mistimed.
