If you see there is a tata sky spoiler abut Raman doing project, ishu, ruhi helping him.

Maybe Malhotra's rival company hired him and gave him the same project to handle which he had goofed up and given to Mihir! So now Raman will bid from this new company. When Mihir will call him, he will be morally and legally bound NOT to help him! Just coz Mihir is in Blore, can he not find out that Raman has left? so now Raman will have to refuse Mihir and he should understand since he was after all asked to quit! I think that is how he got a job so quickly.
