why Dr.Batra is always on leave???

i can't understand why he is always on leave..whenever ishita needs him he is on leave..on Ishra's anniversery ishita had to handle the emergency case..suraj too was dr. Batra's patient but ishita operated him.And when ishita asked for a interior designer he gave the wrong card ..Not good Dr.Batra😆😆...

hhahahah I thought the same , when I watched the episode , guess he busy with his brother's shaadi prep...well its good for Ishu for the time beingn she'll get all the clients...but when its time for IshRa honeymoon, Mr. Batra must repay the favor !😆
