After impressing his lovely wife on V-Day, now Raman is getting ready for the R-Day (read; Resignation)

"Sirf naukri nai hai...Adi ke school ki fees...ghar ke kharche...Rinki ki shaadi..sab kuch depend karta hai ispe...agar naukri chali gayi aur nayi naukri nahin mili, toh bahut problem ho jayegi"
Adi, who was ready fr school and wanted to go ask his father for the submission of fees, heard this and while trying to leave the place quietly, accidentally bumped into a vase that fell on his feet..IshRa ne use dekh liya...Raman saw him holding a diary... "Sign chahiye?"
"Nai bas..." Adi tried to avoid him altogether..
"Ishita Aunty...aap mujhe school drop karoge?" Adi understood that Raman's lost his job, and so it wouldnt be right to go talk to him about the fees...
Its so strange...The real mother wants to RELAX and get away with saying a simple 'Sorry' and a 'mood kharab tha' and earn her son's sympathy back in her pocket..She was about to go talk to Raman regarding his school fees, when Adi stopped her... "Maine baat kar li unse...Khud fees deposit kar denge...along with Ruhi's" She is satisfied on knowing about it, Adi tells her Ishita Aunty will drop him off...as she's dropping Ruhi off to the school as well...
"Kaise batauun Mamma ko ki Papa ke paas job nai hai" Apni vamp paagal Maa ko batake hoga bhi kya?? BUT, am wondering - Agar bata diya hota, toh shayad Shagun yeh sochti ki, "Ab toh Raman ke paas JOB hi nai hai...woh kiss kaam ka! Mujhe kisi aur ko phasana chahiyE"🤣
Raman meets the MD...tells him 'its time for him to move on' and something along the lines of "Too much Office Politics sir...I cant handle it Sir"
"Kahan jaoge itna ghamand leke??"
"Jis position pe tum ho uss position pe PEHLE se hi AUR bhi log hain...KAUN tumhen naukri dega?"

Anyway, I was right...the MD didnt take to the resignation KINDLY...And as per usual show-based drama, he will try to make Raman's life HELL...It might NT be that easy for Raman to get another job at the same/better post...he either may not end up getting a job at all...or get a lower post...either way, it spells a LOT of drama for IshRa ahead..One thing is for certain...Shagun lft Raman because he was an ordinary EMPLOYEE as against his filthy rich boss, Ashok...Ishita will NOT leave Raman, JOB or NO JOB...In fact..she will do EVERYTHING possible to make sure he gets ahead in his career, and life, in general..This may even lead to Adi UNDERSTANDING how DIFFERENT Ishita is from his own mother...NICE MOVE, CVs...👏👏👏Now, THIS is WAYYY more realistic and relatable than two wives staying under the same roof...
"MAINE APNI KISMAT APNE HAATHON LIKHI HAI...AUR AAJ BHI MAIN APNI KISMAT LIKHUNGA" I love it how Raman has the last word...IN HIS STYLE...HIS SWAGGER...Did I mention how HANDSOME he looked, in those glasses and that slight rugged look?? Dukh mein bhi yeh banda ITNA HOT lagta hai...🤗
Shagun has a prob with Ishita paying for Adi.."Main USKE fees bhar sakti hun" Really?? HOW? By selling those customized sarees she's ordered?? Auction pe?? Ishita tells him that Adi's name was high in the list of defaulters..which is why, she paid the fees...Shagun actually THANKED Ishita?? Anyway, utni GRUDGING decency toh hum expect kar hi sakte hain...
Adi was the table...having lunch...Ishita made some small-talk... "Adi thank you...tumne apne papa ka support kiya hai...kisi acchi cheez ke liye jhooth bolna jhooth nai hota...tumhen pata chal gaya tha naa ki tumhare Papa ki job chali gayi.." "Waise...maine fees pay kar di hai...But tumhare papa yeh janke BAHUT PROUD feel karenge...and even I'm very proud of you...Tum bahut acche ladke ho"
She FED him with her hands...Wow...and he didnt make a face...turn his face away...spit the food...give her dirty looks...NOTHING...So that's proof enuff that he's slowly warming up to the idea of Ishita Aunty being a nice, loving, CARING mother...not a witch spawned off Hansel and Gretel fable...See...Neither did Adi get an asthmatic attack, OR get diagnosed with a MAJOR ILLNESS...OR lose his marbles..Had the CVs done this from the START, and handled it maturely, they might NOT have lost out on sooo many LOYAL FANS...Anyway, Ishita even requested Adi not to share it with ANYBODY...Adi promised he wont share it with ANYBODY ELSE...So...their bonding is sprinting and taking leaps and bounds...nice...
Ishita has even started taking extra work...Usually, she doesnt take on Dr.Batra's cases but today she told the receptionist "Aaj se hum koshish karenge...ki hum kisi ko bhi mana na karen..jitne bhi cases aayen hum sabko attend karen' Yeh toh hona hi tha...This was also a realistic touch...
Rinki, WHO OBVIOUSLY doesnt know her Bhai's problems or her bhabhi's work predicaments... insists her bhabhi NOT to go to the clinic... "Bhabhi..ruk jao naa plzz" Ishita said she'll try to be back soon...
Rinki's ready in the green saree Ishita had selected for her..Why couldnt they have a BETTER choice of saree? Rinki looked like a BOMB the oter day...Vandu's godh-bharai ceremony...waise type ka kuch pehen leti...Anyway,the guy who'd come to see her seemed okay okay
Raman asked him about his future plans and all..."Abhi jis domain mein hun...pehle usmein expertise gain karunga...phir I'll switch to Finance" Rishtedaaro mein thodi si small talk hui...Pammi Aunty bragged about Ishita, "Vaddi badi dentist hai" Rinki's would-be in-laws seemed impressed...
They left Rinki and that guy together in the other room..Raman was the one ushering her to the other room "Dekh...use zyada darana nai...apni Bhabhi pe mat jaana"😛 Romi, who prolly wanted to talk to the guy...was kinda rudely stopped by Raman...Poor Romi..I really feel so sad for him😔
The guy (Nikhil) and Rinki are sitting like buffoons...looking at each other...she offered him chai...
It was so funny...normally, AURATEIN darwaaze pe kaan tikake khadi rehti hain...Yahan Raman darwaaze pe khade hoke conversation sun raha tha...he seemd MORE nervous than Toshi ji...I found that soo endearing..🤗"Kitne pyaar se baat kar rahe hain dono..Aur ek tum thi...shaadi ke time bhi jungliyon ki tarah lad rahi thi" 😛"

As decided, Rinki put forth the ONLY condition she had.."Main shaadi ke baad apni padhai complete karna chahti hun..." He accepted gracefully...and even suggested that she can complete her studies in the US..so its SET...Rinki khush, ladka khush, Bhalla Parivaar khush...

Raman gave Nikhil 'Shaadi ka shagun'...he hesitated...and then accepted.. "Welcome to the Family" Yeah...he'll go crazy when the time comes😛
The prospective in-laws are ready to take Rinki away in 'ek joda kapda'...but PAMMI AUNTY bragged about how GRAND AND LAVISH AND LUXURIOUS Raman's style is...and how he knows soo many HIGH-PROFILE people...and how he will make sure ENTIRE Dilli sit up and take notice...They even want the roka to happen tomorrow itself...Poor Raman...only Iishita knows his situation...Woh kisi ko kuch bol nai sakta..
Ishita reached late at night...and apologized..I really admire how Toshi ji doesnt IMPOSE her rules on Ishita and gives her the freedom to work...however long it might take...But whe Ishita starts coming late every other day...and prolly staying out till late at night, wont she ASK Ishu? Question her? Suspect why she's suddenly so busy?? Anyway, she was impressed with how Ishu had arranged everything for the ladki-dekho ceremony..and entrusted her with some major responsibilities for tomorrow's roka...
Mehndi wale, phool wale, Rinki ki pasand ki cheez, gold chain and gold rings for the boy and his sisters...Best wishes card for Rinki bua...jispe kuch likhna hai sabko...SAB KUCH READY HAI...
When it was Raman's turn to write somethig on the Best Wishes card, he got teary-eyed...
Im sure EVERYBODY ...ALL THE BHALLAS WERE IN THE ROOM WHEN ISHITA COOCHIE-COOED AND PULLED RAMAN'S CHEEKS...THAT WAS SOO AWW...
"OOhhh...chhotu baby emotional ho raha hai" Ishita pulled his cheeks, crinkling her pretty nose...

Loved their banter..but as usual...Raman ne LAST mein ek line kaha, jo mujhe sunai nai diya...I think I'll need HEARING AID to hear ALL his lines😭
Anyway, ISHRA laughed about it...and I could only gawk at Raman's dimpled grin...without understanding WHY he was grinning...
PRECAP- Ishita told Raman how Adi didnt bother him with the submission of school fees, since he got to know about Raman's job...Raman gets teary-eyed..his spoilt son was slowly growing up...Atleast, while the professional drama continues...the personal life should have MANY SUCH senti happy moments to help IshRa survive
