PS: Totally agree with you on the jarring difference in the show's track... maybe the CVs finally started to purse a character based tracked rather then a TRP based one.

PPS: Serious question- I really find Shagun's blouses a bit much. Is it just me? Are those kind of 'barely cover the essentials' blouses popular? I like a sexy blouse with my sarees too but I prefer Ishu's Anniversary hotel date one rather then Shagun's regular ones ... and even that style is a bit risqu for me...Am I just a prude? Just curious...

Truthfully the track that was shown to us in January wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't royally messed with Raman & Adi's character. All of Shagun's scheming sort of worked - it was more 1 dimensional and exceeded her normal self absorption levels, but you could still justify her actions based on her "everything's about me" POV. It was just turning Adi into an actively evil kid that was off putting - if he was given more childish rebellion actions, it would have been fine. Similarly the 360 in Raman's character was too much. There were so many more creative ways to show a divide forming between Raman and Ishita, and truthfully I think it would've been interesting to watch (1) Ishita overcome any feelings of ostracization and fight for her family & (2) Raman emotionally struggle trying to sort out the delicacies of managing Ishita-Ruhi & Adi-Shagun.

But alas, the CVs botched all that potential and gave us confusion and sadness! 😆

You are definitely no prude! I think sari blouses can be so sexy - like some of my favorites are ones with deep backs and stuff like that, but lately it looks like Shagun's just wearing a glittery strapless bra. 😆

About blouses I'll say this I kinda feel for daily wear those blouses were over the top .. It didn't feel out of place when we used to see Shagun once or twice a week ready for her social events . .. But now it's become an eyesore... And I feel the actor's limited expressions and similar dialogue delivery also adds to the annoyance.

As a woman I find Shagun really shallow and uninteresting and always wonder how a man like Raman fell for her in the first place and had 2 kids with her
