bollywoodlife article on v day performance

I recently penned down my displeasure regarding the obsessive need the makers of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein have to make Raman and Ishita dance to their tunes. I meant this sentence in the most literal way possible. We have all seen the couple either pulling off a salsa number, dancing in the rain, or shaking a leg to old Hindi songs in their bedroom. Raman and Ishita never let go off an opportunity to break into a dance and the same was turning out to be a snooze fest indeed.

I was looking forward to their performance on the special episode of Valentine's Day which was aired on Star Plus last night. I was left disappointed and with a feeling of dj vu. Why? Here are my reasons:

Nothing different

Like I stated, Karan and Divyanka's performance was a reminder of their TV gimmicks in YHM. The two were seen pulling off a "romantic" dance sequence on the song Mohabbat barsa de which instantly took me back to their intimate rain dance on the number Kabhi Jo badal Barse. Where is the originality? I wish the two could for something fun yet romantic. It doesn't have to be rain, balloons or flowers all the live long day.

That awkward moment

I like how Karan was swaying easily to the tunes of the song. Divyanka on the other hand seemed awkward and out of place. She came across as stiff and lacked spontaneity which ruined the possible chemistry she could have shared with her co-star!

When rain curbs the flying sparks

Karan and Divyanka usually set the stage on fire with their mesmerizing performances. I still remember their memorable stint in last year's Star Parivaar Awards but their act last night just proved that the two seem to have lost their touch. Their camaraderie wasn't convincing and the two appeared to be merely dancing together, but not living the moment.

They performed at 2 am in the Night after their shoot...they are humans not robots...they must have been tired...I loved their performance.

According to me, that whole event was a success because of Ishra... From the beginning till the end, they were superb... Its really unfair to use such words when those poor souls had to perform after anchoring...

yeah and I was truly waiting for the article writers precious comment lol firstly we love Divan for their romance and fun element which the dance had. Yeah maybe little upside down happened in the dance and it happened in every performance and that's because they most probably haven't rehearsed much and also they had continuous shoot plus the whole hosting. P.S: Divan on stage together is enough for me so really don't care about the article but they need to tone down a little with their words

miss or mr reporter first visit india forum or twitter,facebook then write article .then you will understand how will fans react divan performance boring or not.I dont know you are write three reasons but i cant take off my eye divan performance.divan performance is mindblowing please next time check your eye or use specs then write article.Divan is the best.
