The title says something totally else to what's in it. Apparently Raman had left the job and not agreeing to join back. But the boss seems to have realized Raman wasn't responsible for the mistake etc and is requesting him to continue. Ishita also tells him to, and so he finally agrees and promises he'll find out who really stole the money. There's nothing about Mr Iyer being fired in this though.

Basically raman's boss is apologising for wat happened..Raman accepts apology but says he can't cone back to that job..boss convinced him telling they can talk and sort out the problems..ishita and toshiji also convincing him..Raman accepts but tells the boss that hereafter if there is anything wrong with his working method talk to him directly and he also tells he wil find out who took the 5lakhs..

ya there's nothing mentioned about Appa..and looks like romi's truth is still not out..gonna come the next day I think

Why the hell do they give such misleading title?It scared me...as firing of Appa by Raman is highly unexpected.
