This SoSy is flowing like Beethovens Symphony No 5 where the tempo goes up towards the end
Nisha I had thought that would use this symbolic reference when this story comes to an end. While reading the recent update, I couldn't help but feel No5 is being reflected in your super amazing story, I will use the cliff notes and take few lines from 1810 description:
How this wonderful composition, in a climax that climbs on and on, leads the listener imperiously forward into the spirit world of the infinite!... No doubt the whole rushes like an ingenious rhapsody past many a man, but the soul of each thoughtful listener is assuredly stirred, deeply and intimately, by a feeling that is none other than that unutterable portentous longing, and until the final chord"indeed, even in the moments that follow it"he will be powerless to step out of that wondrous spirit realm where grief and joy embrace him in the form of sound...

You have an amazing talent at showing love, passion and fear. Marriage is a big step. They both have to learn rather discover many things as a couple. And they have a long way to go...and that's the beauty of life.

Thank you thank you for a such poetic interlude.

Nisha since u asked for the best part of chapter:-
for me it was sam making appa understand that whatever the gift they got for II it was not to show off their wealth but to make her feel welcome..for them it was nothing but for Iyers it was may be 10-15 years of salary...the part where ranjan was trying to comfort appa..so good. a father trying to make another father comfortable..

II n R&B scene are worth every penny..but today i think we got a glimpse of what there marital life gonna be. they love but they fear too..can't stay w/o each other but distrust too...i hope everything works out well at the end..not that i want the story to end...make it run for 5-10 saal..😃

I'm working on Saturday and typing this from office..so now you have to update soon...😳

Nisha,

Once again you have outdone yourself here. For me, this is really a transportive piece fiction which I truly savour and look upon like some sort of devilishly delicious treat that I can't have right away (here I go again with the food metaphor.. consequences of my strict diet I suppose..😳 ) that's why I collect it all for a bit and read it in one go... and these last several episodes have really stood up to that kind of addictive, calorific quality. 😆

I love your titles, I've mentioned that right. ? My new favourite? 'Willing Captive'... I saw the title and expected some sort of bodice ripper style writing done your way and then saw it was chock full of II and Appah- this is why I love this, this is why I love you!😛

The way you described the Pen paakal-ing (Tanglish @ it's best!) and his questioning of her singing and just reminded me of one of my friends whose super traditional paati made her learn the veenai and take singing lessons (and like II she has an incredible voice) and then she ended up falling in love with someone outside our culture that didn't even speak Tamil...more then Paati my friend was sad about all those hours of practice and lessons!😉 And the fact that Ammah thinks about that aspect as well... yet another authentic moment in this incredible tale. Love the way you descried the familial involvements and aspect in the Pen Paakaling. Love the YTing for hair styles and Shravu's reaction... I was waiting for that!

Love their banter, even in the midst of the whole process, it was probably the first time they were freely interacting around so many people that mattered some way or other, and all were able to see the care , connection and lobbying - well done!

Love the song choices and the way you described her singing just for him, holding onto the symbol of their future as strength, loved that they still managed to get some alone time in that process and that too with familial encouragement. Love that the family kept track of the time they were alone... much like Appah previously. So many other little things I loved but if I start listing it's going to get extremely long and repetitive (as if it isn't already🤣 ) so I will stop.

Have to say that my favourite lines so far are the ones indicative of the fact that agreeing to the weeding s doesn't mean everything is all tied up in a neat little bow- that there are still issues and fights and tiffs about to brew between them and their families. The main reason I love this? Because that implies the end of this journey and tale is not in the foreseeable future...😃 yes I'm selfish. 😳 But thank you for that.

Okay done now, sorry for the lengthy, gushy, non critical, response... I just couldn't help myself. All your fault for making this so irresistible!😆

PS.: 92-98% match... definitely fated to be together, no doubt about that!

PPS: Just realized I din't emphasize what the best part of the chapters were... sorry😳- from next time, promise!😊

Live in Canada, but was visiting Delhi last week. While travelling to CP saw Malcha Marg and then on the way back on the ring road DII sector 12 R K Puram. Gave me the craziest of feelings. As if I am living the Software Symphony tale. Great story would never want it to end. Thanks Nisha.
