Do you actually think its right vs wrong Anju? Leaving aside our reservations, think practically... Adi is a kid who is manipulated by his mother. He's dancing to her tunes. Is that easy to throw him away just like that? Also, Raman doesn't know about this medicine drama too... He's a 11 year old kid but at 11, do you think one can understand everything and take right decisions... Answer is NO... Our hate for Adi and the truth is nowhere near...

Yes he doesn't wants to face the reality of adi n ishita. But he hss to. He can't be blinded forever.

This track is going there... He'll face the reality soon... One can't tell a sorry just like that. He must really mean that... If he apologise to her now, how'll that make a difference? Unless, he gets her self-respect back, these words don't have a meaning... Adi must apologise before Raman...

Okay, coming to the point - I agree with you. I've said this before, I'll reiterate it again - Raman is blindfolding himself to the faults of his son and the accusations of his wife. He is CHOOSING to do so - it isn't something that is his "majboori" as in the accident track.

Raman is stuck between not being a father and a husband. He's stuck between being a father and being a man.

Like you said, he is running away from reality because he knows that this "family" is not going to stay forever. Hence the breakdown on Ishita the other day and so on and so forth. Like Mihir said, they both know that things are not alright. He's not ready to man up and take a stand because at the end of the day, he'll be one losing someone - either his son, or his wife.

HOWEVER, the thing he had not counted on was Ishita not being at his side, so to speak. Ishita has been a passive, takes everything you throw at her in a stride sorta character. But this time around, her self respect and self worth as a woman and mother were called into question, and she is not taking that lying down. THAT is where Raman has misjudged the situation.

We all know where the story is headed, but the manner in which is moves ahead is what is important. In doing so, they have turned Raman mute and a spectator to the injustices being piled at his wife - all because he had been taking her for granted. Now that Ishita has started going JKR, Raman will have to put on his man shoes faster because this woman ain't taking his shit lying down.

RKB is flawed so is Ishita. However, they've ALWAYS stood together when each other's INTEGRITY, WORTH AND RESPECT was questioned. The lack of it this time around is what is killing me.

Puttar is going to return, but how long before the damage to the show becomes unredeemable?

I'm not completely satisfied with cv's in this track... Not because of their storyline but it is because of the poor execution... Dunno if this was how it was planned but the message couldn't reach us... Adi's transition from a disturbed child to a chota villain was not smooth... Not happy with the way that was shown but now, things are picking up...

100% agreed... im too nt satisfied with the execution.. adi transition to villain... suddenly track is coming to right point...

Also, Ishita and Raman must take the next step with Adi... This needn't mean that a happy family picture will be clicked at the end of this track but that's the point of this track...

till medicine issue i was ok with adi entering ishraru life... but now...if adi
reform or not... he stays back or not... he cant give a perfect family fit...
he have to struggle a lot...to make him fit in IshRaRu 😳

Raman is not dumb or insensitive... Rather, he's afraid... He is seeing a new Ishita... Till date, Ishita has never taken a stand for her self-respect... Now, she's not confronting him or fighting with him... She's giving silent treatment which is even more dangerous. She's miffed with his family members too... New side of his JKR... He knows that a time bomb is ticking in front of him... On the other hand, his son... He is finally seeing that his son hates Ishita...He has realised that nothing has changed... He understands the fact that he'll lose either Adi or Ishita when this time bomb ticks off...

most awaiting moments... waiting...excitedly 😈

This is Raman's dilemma... He wants to postpone this day from coming soon because he is going to lose something in this battle between his wife and his son...

Raman's mistake lies in the fact that he doesn't realise that this day is inevitable... It is coming... He is not able to see that his silence can aggravate issues... He is desperate enough to place Ishita and Shagun in the same place by giving the replica of those ear rings.

Raman was trying to go back to the nok-jhok mode today because that was how it has been...till date. But, now...this issue is different. When Raman understands that he can't run away from this issue, RKB will emerge... He will take some right steps...

Now, this track is moving in the right way... Patience is needed... However, closure of this track is nearing... Ishita is reaching her breaking point... If Raman doesn't commit these mistakes, there won't be any magic in YHM. Yes, cv's have faltered in this track but they deserve a chance too... Plot is still intact. Let us stay positive...

Good post. It really puts things in a better perspective. Great analysis. We get so caught up in the perfect pati image that flaws are not welcome at all. Your post has brought the realistic touch cvs want to give rkb.

Aww Kri! Thanks for the positive post and giving a different perspective on RKB! 😳 Made me think!

For me RKB was the only character I could ever relate to on the show as he was as real as one could get..but somewhere the last few episodes. i could not relate with him anymore😭 and I became so aloof and detatched that I was just watching it as passive viewer..with no connect with characters or show.

But your post has made me thinking and I think I am now better placed to know where it is all leading to...

However, having said that, I wish they could have dealt in a better way in terms of execution as it is being handled in most unrealistic way!

Just hoping that RKB stands up for what he is and is back to the guy we fell in love with...will wait till then!
