OMG Ruhi-Ishita collage *faints*
I am in a good mood and refuse to ruin it so I am not going to rant and/or vent, also I am tired of complaining so I am gonna focus on the good.

Something happens to me when I see Ishita-Ruhi on screen, the purity of their relationship and the selfless pious love of theirs is so endearing and heart warming that it's almost transcendental in quality. Ruhi knew her Ishima was hurting and was insecure about her place in her father's life and in the bhalla household so she comes in like a toothless angel with a big smile and eases away Ishida's biggest insecurity with just one sentence, 'You are my mom Ishima, i am never going to leave you' That's all Ishita wanted to hear, that's all she wanted and she got it thanks to 6 year old. With a pure smile, and hug full of love Ruhi eased Ishita's pain, where Ruhi succeded today Raman failed.

Had it been any other day Ishita would have been elated to receive those earings from her beloved but not today, the moment wasn't right, the timing was off and more importantly Ishita needed reassurance, love, a soothing smile and maybe a few words of apology from her husband. I see the significance of him giving her the earnings, it signifies that she is the rightful owner of them, that she holds a special place in his heart and is an important part of his family but unfortunately when someone is hurt they cannot be expected to see through these things.

He knows she is hurting, he knows she is not interested in material things, he knows those earnings even though a sweet gesture will not replace a simple apology and yet he chose act confused and baffled at her anger is beyond me, so I am gonna chose to ignore it and attribute it to poor writing and horrendous editing.

I usually never comment on clothes because I do not understand fashion but today Ishita in that white/gold sari looked like an eternal beauty, so graceful with poise, class and a serene calm. She looked like a wife deeply in love with her husband and yet hurt by the same man, I loved how she fixed his shawl because no matter what he says or does at the end of the day he is still her husband and she loves him. I loved how she expressed her disappointment with her eyes lowered she came forward and fixed his shawl, while he spoke of a million things she kept her mum and expressed her hurt through her lowered eyes. What i loved the most about Ishita was that with grace and the much needed softness she spoke to her husband almost handling him like a small child because she knows he is hurting. She spoke gently, away from the prying eyes and in the privacy of their bedroom, she told him that she is hurt and all she needs is a little respect and some trust. She almost whispered her hurt as if protecting her relationship with him from the surrounding walls. If you can't tell I am majorly fangirling over the missus because I like grace, subtlety and maturity, all the qualities that missus possesses.

Puttar return to me fast, I am waiting with open arms for you! I see his angst, I see his turmoil but man-boy needs to man up and that too fast! I see the thought behind the earrings, I do but it's too little too late, he needs to open his mouth and speak to the missus. Apologize, cry, share his deepest regrets, share his misfortune of losing his son to the vamp but just speak to her. He knows even if he doesn't utter the words 'sorry', just holds her in his arms and expresses remorse at the situation they are in, Ishita would melt in a minute and take care of him and his broken heart. Oh puttar, men are so stupid!

Puttar dosa commet was too soon, can't make the situation light without healing the missus,

CVs and dialogues writer making puttar question why madrasan is mad.

Today - I told myself I wouldn't rant & rave about the CVs like I have done for the last few days and would focus just on today's episode...then I watched the episode and realized just how frustrating this story is turning out to be.😡

What in the name of hades are the CVs on? In 1 episode they manage to confuse to viewer by showing an semi-understanding husband - break - then in the next scene you see an insensitive husband? What the what? I fully empathize with the struggle Raman is facing currently, but I don't get how his character is developing & regressing at the same time.

I personally don't feel Raman's character is being so abruptly changed just for the sake of Shagun/Adi staying at the Bhallas. Infact if you noticed, all the Bhallas have become mute spectators to illustrate how ostracized & taken for granted Ishita is. So far in my interpretation of the character sketches, there would have been at least 1 person who stood up for her. I mean come on? Romi stood up to Raman when Ishita was in the hospital. Where did that devar go? Simi started calling Shagun out on day 1 for her bs. Where did she run off to?

For someone who has been so selfless and giving, Ishita does not deserved to be treated so poorly. I don't believe it was any of Shagun's planning that led to Ishita's current states. The only event that started this was Raman's words during his anger sesh. Shagun with her little brain & even littler blouses couldn't have foreseen that "her plan" of leaving would have this effect. She's just reaping the benefits of Raman saying stupid and rude crap.

We anticipate that this is all leading up to something bad possibly involving Ruhi where Ishita finally wakes up and fights for her and her daughter's rights. I can't wait for to rise from her silence because it is great character development for Ishita! She's been too nice for too long, but the question that plagues me is at what cost - the audience's perception of the entire Bhalla parivaar, the integrity of Raman's word, or the purity of Ishita & Raman's love?

However - despite all this...I have faith in Man-Boy Puttar. No matter how many mistakes he makes, he figures out how to correct them. #RKBisthePheonixRising

Thus I end yet another theraputic rant - hopefully it did not come off as callous!
The best way to love YHM despite all the silliness - Keep Calm & Carry On!❤️

Because I hate ending things on a negative note...My favorite parts of today's episode: (1) seeing sweet little Ruhi! Gan, you are totally right about Ruhanika's acting poweress - she can give the adults on the show a run for their money 👏& (2) drunken Ashok - he's looking better since his "marriage" to Mihika! *mini-fangirl moment!*😳

-----

Updated...Just rewatched the episode && had a few thoughts for Ishita. Normally it's RKB's plight that really pulls at my heart strings but today Ishita and her deeply pained heart spoke volumes.

Today - I could empathize with her realizing her hubby was not rising to the expectations she had of him (we know it's because he was caught up in his own emotional struggles). At least she found solace in Ruhi, an innocent child who could with the simplest of words slowly piece back together her mother's broken self. Ruhi is not just her daughter, but an extension of Ishita's soul.

At the surface Ishita appears to be very emotional strong but that is because she holds everything in. She does not cope with emotions by sharing her feelings, instead she bottles things up. I can completely empathize with why she copes with her emotions that way - her fear of rejection by Puttar. If she bears her true self, insecurities & all, she fears that the other party will push her away or discount her feelings. What stood out to me the most was how hard it must have been for her to be vulnerable in front of Puttar. There is a power in vulnerability that Ishita will hopefully learn with the eventual help of Puttar.

For both Puttar & the Missus (and anyone else interested) - I would recommend watching Brene Brown's TedTalk, The Power of Vulnerability. It's a wonderful talk exploring how some of the most complete people in the word with the strongest of relations are those that are able to express their deepest fears and emotions, becoming vulnerable to another. ❤️

That collage was brilliant yaar... Roo was looking awesome and she did a brilliant job by being Ishima's Ruhi...
I want to talk about Ishita here but i can't talk about her without bringing Raman into the picture. Raman has disappointed everyone but this is how i expected this track to shape up... Raman is the soul of YHM. Yes, Ruhi is very important but YHM will never be the same without Raman's blunders...

He's not going in the right path not because of the confusion that he had during the accident track but this is because of his fear. Fear of losing his loved ones... Raman understands the truth very well that a time bomb in the name of Ishita is ticking before him and the moment it blasts, he's going to lose one vital lifeline... Adi or Ishita... He wants to postpone the same...to the extent possible...even at the cost of being insensitive...

He gifted those ear-rings and failed in the mission... Instead, he earned Ishita's wrath again... Ishita made her point clear. For the first time, she spoke and fought with Raman for her self respect... Gr8 going Ishita Bhalla. She's miffed with Toshi too... This woman is strongly emerging... Her attitude in that precap... That look was to die for.

Waiting for this time bomb to explode... Ruhi is going to be instrumental in speeding up this process... This time, its going to very difficult for Raman to win his JKR's trust and love... Excited...

Res :)

Check out my reply on yesterday's post :)

<3
Edit:

So the only reason I bothered to watch today's episode was because Doc told me it was worth it. Again, like yesterday, it evoked mixed reactions from me.

Toshi and Ishita scene held no respect for me because their relationship has been tainted beyond repair now. From Param fiasco to Romi kaand and now Adi jaap. I cannot find it in me to sympathize with Toshi or respect this relationship. During the Param fiasco - at least we could say that she didn't know Ishita well enough and so judged her wrongly, but this time around, she hurt the self respect of her daughter-in-law in order to apologize to the woman who was the very cause behind her family losing their respect, their son and their peace.

The Ishita and Ruhi scene was the show steal-er as usual. I said this yesterday (DID YOU READ MY POST?!) too -when she says, "Main aapse kabhi sorry nahi bulvaaungi" - it made me go "Aww." Raman needs to stop being a bystander and join the most important women in his life instead of standing at the doorstep and whining. Something like after the Mihika fiasco. Ruhi is the only sane person other than Mihir and unfortunately for us, one is six years old and the other does not live with the Bhallas. The fact that the little girl knew that her mother was troubled and CHOSE TO DO something about it was a nice touch by the CVs - the only hint of the YHM I had been watching.

The Puttar and Missus scene - Well, first I'm happy that these two were in each other's company without Shagun in the vicinity. 😳That pleased me to no extent. Unlike other people, I don't think Raman wanted to apologize through them, but it was simply something he thought of and the gesture was nice. Albeit it came at the wrong time.

Ishita's silent displeasure and hurt are going to burn RKB, but the sadist in me is going to enjoy it. The scene was...alright in terms of subject and acting - Raman's cautious approach and Ishita's rebuttal. Ohhh...the rebuttal - kaleje ko thandak pey gayi.

The understated way in which she said so much so quietly and profoundly stole the day! And the fact that she looked a million bucks during that, was a bonus.

Then comes your post title. Fortunately, nothing surprises me anymore. After the whole soul searching please forgive me thoughts, Raman Kumar Bhalla does not remember why his wife is pissed. Did someone say something of bashing someone's head on some wall? The simple sentence and his attitude towards her anger made his entire angst in the beginning of the episode a joke.

All I wanted to do to him after that was:

The rest of the episode - frankly, I did not watch. No interest in the childish revenge Mihika has planned or the mother son duo with zero emoting capabilities. Going from the written update though, I have to say:

The precap and the same never ending - let GKC torture our bahu till she divorces our son routine is getting old.

That's my gif-y rant of day. And because I reminded Doc of Michelle, I shall take the credit and leave a gif for you :

Yes, his brain is on vacation but still he recognized the angst in her eyes. Thanks to CVs for that. 😛
At least he didn't fall down to a level where he is unable to differentiate between crying and A/C dripping water.

Honestly? I've stopped watching nowadays. Can't stand how the strong yet sensitive RKB has been reduced to a doormat, so like you, waiting for the real RKB to emerge (though I'm not holding my breath since in EK's world, men are to be seen, not heard...)

But your collages are enough to pretty much guess how the episode was. The above scene with Ishru must have been worth watching - the collage is enough to see how beautiful the scene was.

Thanks for your daily dose of collages.

Awesome collage...
I am also confused why Raman sounded ignorant to why she is angry...
has he forgotten all that happened? or does he expect her to forget all that and just live in the present? 😕

❤️Ishita Raman Bhalla❤️

~UPDATED ~
😕 Raman Kumar Bhalla 😕

Shot 1
Please Ishita I am sorry...Ho sake toh mujhe maaf kar dena (Knows the gravity of the situation and the storm brewing, realizes he has hurt Ishita, that she is in pain, feels sorry and wants to apologize)

Shot 2

Lagta hai Ishita ko bohat hurt hua hai...Woh meri taraf dekh tak nahi rahi hai. Mujhe maafi maangi chahiye.
(Decides to apologize knowing that biwi is hurt and take a step forward)

Shot 3
Ishita tumne kal Shagun ko sorry nahi bola? Matlab acha kiya, mujhe acha laga tumne usse sorry nahi bola. Dekho main Adi se bohat pyaar karta hoon (YAWN) lekin main yeh bhi jaanta hoon ki kisi bhi galat reason se main tumhe sharminda nahi kar sakta. Aur main yeh bhi jaanta hoon ki kaun sahi aur kaun galat.(Claims to know that he knows right from wrong)

Shot 4

Gives earrings "Yeh Maine tumhari liye banvayi kyunki ispe asli haq tumhara hai. They belong to you. Haq Banta hai tumhara' (Realization, understanding, acknowledging sab gayi Tel Lene)

Shot 5
Raman : Madrasan ka dimaag bohat garam hai...lekin yeh badki kyun hai?

Pray tell me what just happened.

Things I liked in the episode 😊

-Ishu-Ruhi scene and the song "Mere dil se tere dil ka" being played on them is always such a bliss to watch.

-Amma-Mihika Scene.

-Shagun-Adi scene...Kyun nahi yaar they are putting a lot of effort to make up for the lack of comedy in the track. Hats off 🤢 On a serious note I just can't wait for the youngest member of the Bhalla House to burst the Delusion Bubble.

-Ishu's attitude : JKR is brewing can we have her sometime soon?

R:Waise kaafi himmat ka kaam kiya hai, Chennai mein bhi Sher-ver hote hai kya?
I: Sherniyaa hoti hai (Roarrr)
😉
