Ishita,poor girl, my heart went out to her. She is caught in such a tight spot. DT was brilliant with portraying Ishita's conflicting and painful emotions. I am just happy that she is not taking the pretence route where she pretends all is well but is actually hurting. Without saying a word she said it all to Raman when she looked at him. Today I was in team Ishita. I did not feel anything for Raman and the situation he was in-he put himself there, ab bhukto!!

The less I talk abt Toshiji the better-I just want to give her a good

Shake & snap her out of the GKC slumber😡-it's going too far, if it hasn't already. I understand her character is very indulgent and overdoes everything-but she is a mother too and should understand when it is the time to pull the plug on children's unreasonable and ridiculous demands. I am not sure how much better the Bhallas could have raised Adi had he lived with them.

We are inching to the climax hopefully-this just needs to end-bass.

With all the Lohri offscreen pictures out, I am excited for the episode and they better make up for the last couple of months' mess.

Good points with today's episode

• CVs slowly tightening up the script - better late than never
• Everyone, despite some butchering, is slowly coming back into form as Gan mentioned
• Ishita realizing Shagun's motives
• Ishita starting to show her silent mode Kaali Ma avtar to Raman (who will be known as Man-Boy in this post hereafter...)
• Mihir dropping some legit advice on Man-Boy

Bleh points with today's episode

• Man-Boy still putting off becoming an adult and making a decision 😡
• Mihir's indication that the issue is being paused (maybe for the holidays?) but will start back up again. We've all been predicting that this would be wrapped up by their anniversary in #21days so either a bigger bomb will be dropped during/after Lohri or they could actually pity us and end this track sooner

CVs either being very clever or have not totally figured out the direction of the rest of the track...Is this track supposed to be a final destruction of blind "Adi syndrome" for Man-Boy? Is it to make Man-Boy grow up into the RKB? Is it supposed to show Ishita becomes JKR toward Shagun and lay claim on her hubby? Is it supposed to be a destruction of ghar ka chirag syndrome for Toshi ji? Is it for Ishita to stand up for herself in the Bhalla household? Is it to address Ishita's insecurities like the Mani track was for Man-Boy? Is it all of these or none of these? So many questions...just waiting for clarity! The one thing we do know: this isn't the Adi reformation/start to accept the Bhallas track!

In all the possible ways this track can shape up, I just hope Adi does not fall through the cracks. Everyone in this track is attributing Adi's disturbed behaviors to Shagun, and that's not healthy at all. Do they seriously think if they keep Shagun away from Adi he will become a better person? That little boy has some serious issues that need to be addressed. Something needs to bring the truth of the medicine kaand out because now Adi already has a track record of intentionally going to the extreme (hand burning, helping Param trap Ishita). This is no longer the Adi of the accident track who unintentionally did something reckless. I'm not sure why I'm so concerned about Adi lately but the last few episodes have gotten my neurons churning...

The only thing I know is that even if I'm miffed at Man-Boy (just want to give him a hug then shake him a few times), based off the pictures I've seen, I will be in full fan-girl mode during the Pongal/Lohri episodes...*sigh* ☺️

Okay before you reprimand me for praising you, hear me out about why your collages tell a story by themselves. When I logged in and saw your post I hadn't watched the episode yet but just staring at your collages I could feel the emotions of the characters involved. That my friend is a gift and we are grateful that you make these wonderful collages for us everyday. 😃

Coming to the episode, so many feels! *I can't do it*

I am gonna keep it short and to the point.

1) Raman: Puttar knows he erred and erred badly. I could see the guilt and shame on his face when he looked at the missus momentarily and the beauty for me was that he couldn't look at her for more than a second because his guilt wouldn't allow him to look at the one person he wants to look at the most. I get his desperation I do but it's time to put on the big boy pants and act like a MAN. Own up to the mistakes you have made and correct them before it's too late, apologize to the missus with sincerity for not standing by her and worse not giving her a chance to explain herself.

2)Ishita: I am in love with the missus, she is so perfect for my temperamental and hot headed puttar. She is calm when he is a raging storm, she is that gentle breeze when he is the hot sun. If puttar is blindly in love with Adi, missus is blindly in love with puttar, she is ready to tarnish her self-respect and apologize to the witch of an ex for his happiness. That is love, it's stupid, it's selfless, it doesn't make sense but it is love, Raman's obsessive love for his child and missus' selfless love for puttar. Sacrificing for love is well and good but now it's time for Ishita to safeguard her self respect and sense of being, I do not care how she does it but it's time for her to show puttar his place, tell him there is no need for all the big promises if he can't stand by her in the smallest tests of life, she doesn't need earings, she doesn't need pheras in the temple if he can't give her the room to explain herself.

Precap: So many feels! The soul of this show is encapsulated in that minute long precap, my heart melts when I see little Ruhi bonding with her Ishima, a bond so selfless, so pure and so pious, these two are not bound out of lineage, not bound by matrimony, not bound my societal relationships this bond is one of pure HEART.

For puttar and the missus, they deserve these invisible bitch slaps for not opening their goddamn mouths and talking. COMMUNICATE people communicate, it will solve most of your problems. After invisiblly bitch slapping them I am gonna hug them cos they are my babies.

For Shagun 😈, for people who do not know there is nothing worse than stepping on a lego barefoot. Try it on someone you don't like..😆

For Mihir ❤️Slap some sense into your bhai.

This track could have been beautiful, a husband wife trying to salvage their relationship while dealing with the problems of their past, they could have been each other's strength, puttar could have broken down in her arms for not being able to help his son, missus could felt the guilt for her being the reason puttar can't be with the son...gahhh so many poignant scenes...oh the possibilities. Khair chodo like I always say this show isn't made for me exclusively so if I don't like it I can fast forward.

For us who still have hope that this show can retain it's magic.

FYI: I was born stupid, wasn't dropped or anything cos my mamma is like Ishita she smothers me! ❤️
