it is not only ishita, indian television hardly ever shows the girl taking initiative. they are always playing coy or running away. Ishita will never take the lead because the writers want to show her as an archaic woman who is always shy about such things. when in today's times, women are more bold.
No In YRKKH hai mein Akshara always plans something for Naitik .. Although they are very boring couple. But in that serial female lead is romantic along with sanskaari.
