Why I want her to ask when raman is around is so that raman can get hint of how his evil son is thinking to have so called happy family with his witch mom
Btw today in episode when he reacted on name of ishu in front of ruhi and Toshiji they were shocked hope they get this hing even in the precap Adi rudely take his phone away from ruhi now what more hint do bhallas need of what their house light..err I mean ghar ka chirag is thinking?
I hope at least after this they get a hint about it at least to raman as raman is very happy thinking his son is accepting but will be shattered knowing how evilish his susu son is

Well this time I don't think she would be able to answer IMO especial after raman yells at her for Adi missing
She might take ishima dialoughs to her heart which was actually out of the place there and after hearing ruhi questioning her her insecurities will comes out and even if she will answer ruhi she later will lost in her thoughts and to herslf assume things

it is bad enough that she hardly goes to her clinic but now that is going, she is expected to instead stay home and look after the ungrateful brat? I thought toshiji is taking the responsibility for her ghar ka chiraag.
