not when the family takes the patient to the hospital...

unfortunately, Doctors used to wait for police in accident cases, where-in passerby takes the victim to the hospital...as they didnt want to get involved with the police if the accident victim dies, without any family member around

today it was a blooper.How doctor know that ashok name was there in the file.

sorry i didnt watch the epi but after all lu, i just guess.

Most of the hospital they will ask for consent and the payment.

U remember, when ruhi was admitted, they were asking for consent, JM tried to call bhallas then she went to shagun.

They have repeated the same track.

dont know about the minors...but for grown-ups, they dont halt the treatment for the sign n payment...one just to have to an initial payment of 5 to 10 thousand...that too doctors just direct the family to complete the registration...they dont wait for it, to start the treatment...
