Raman calling Ishita "Yashodha Maiyya" was OVER-THE-TOP and well..CRINGEWORTHY..coz its one thing if your saasu maa calls u 'Yashodha Maiyya'..its another if your MODERN, SEXY, CLEAN-SHAVED HOTTIE HUBBY addresses you so.
But, I liked the fact that he tried to reason with her...that she shudnt give weight to these fairy tales...that SHE was the one who had brought RUHI back to Bhalla House safely, when she found her on the road...that she's a wonderful Mom...

Anyway...what soothed my eyes and will be tucked away in the archive of IshRa 'Romantic Moments' is this...SOME MAJOR KHEECHA-TAANI, PAKDAM-PAKDI WENT ON NEAR THE DINING AREA..and they'd prolly have landed on the floor ...all over each other..when Ishita hit Toshi ji square in the shoulders...
"Romance karne ke liye yahi jagah mili thi?" Toshi ji teases her bahu and son...some banter goes on between the mother-son duo...they all look happy..and excited...

ADI's asking Ishita for some medicine for throat allergy. ADI has that bloody OMINOUS look on his face. Im sure he's planning some medicine-swapping progam. THIS KID IS DRIVING ME NUTS.
RINKI arrives. Have seen her trapping guys and getting trapped herself in Savdhaan India...
Ishita has offered to help RINKI with admission in the same course..in Delhi...
I LOVED IT WHEN RAMAN SAID "Ohh Laey!!" SOOO PUNJABI. PAKKA PUNJABI TADKA. SUIT BOOT MEIN MAST HERO LAG RAHA THA...Kaisa inna sona lagda hai ye munda? INNA SONA?
RUHI with that gap-toothed smile and two side ponies was looking shhhooo cute!! And Ishima-RUHI scene NAILED IT! Just like how it was in the initial days of YHM.

"Ruhi ne mujhe MISS HI NAI KIYA?" As much as I kind of LOSE IT when the whole of Bhalla House chants 'Ishita, Ishita'...I also felt a tiny pang in my chest when she said this. Its sooo evident she LIVES for Ruhi. She looked almost heart-broken.
And then...she happens to open Ruhi's diary lying on the bed.
"Ishima I miss you...I miss your stories..I miss your kissi..I miss your HAIRS" âşď¸...SOOO HEART-RENDING...ADORABLE...I was going all gaga over the mushy neat writing and felt a lump in my throat. Such love. Such awwiiiee love between them both. Felt I got back Ishita as the woman I'd fallen in love with, from the start of her IshiMa days...for being such a wonderful, caring mother...
"Ishima..chori-chori meri diary padh rahi ho?" And then followed the barrage of kisses on Ruhi's pink cheeks and some more on Ishima's too...SOOO CUTE..
Toshi ji and Pammi Aunty chat away about Ruhi...and heap praises on Ishita...Simmi's embarrassed how they'd nearly 'harrassed" Ishita by putting the Iyers behind bars...Toshi ji wants to dump the past and forget about it.
"End CHANGA, te sab changa" Toshi ji concludes.
As promised, Raman and Ishita have pulled out all the stops and held a homecoming party for RINKI. Loved Rinki's attire..very casual...understated...
MIHR entered..and RINKI's eyes unabashedly strayed towards him...Guess CVs arent wasting time on MIHIR in DevDas mode...THANK GOD...
even liked Simmi-Rinki bonding. There's so much kick in watching a cheesy conversation between two sisters, about boyfriends and daruuu..its like they're conspiring and we just happened to eavesdrop on them...
Ishita looked DIFFERENT...in that black...I dunno what that was...bandhgala kurti types..she could've worn something else...but i LOVED her hairdo. Raman's trying to catch her attention by clutching her wrist and holding her back from leaving his side..nice one that was..SPONTANEOUS and so...INTIMATE..in a roomful of guests..
PRECAP - Raman prolly caught Ishita unawares and has swept her off into the bedroom...some bluish-neon light seems to be casting a faint glow...its mostly dark...as their silhouettes dance around in the dark...FOR A MINUTE I THOUGHT HE KIDNAPPED HER AND HELD HER HOSTAGE IN THE BEDROOM, KISSING HER PASSIONATELY OR SOMETHINGđ But nah! Seems both KP and DT have dance sequences tomorrow. What ever it is...I hope its better than the solo performance DT tried to pull off 'Buddha Mil Gaya' wala...But no matter what it is..I know we'll drool over them like crazy...
ADI is on to his criminalistic plan...swapping medicines...I want to WHACK that kid.
P.S. I want to see how the MORON is able to pull off those sadistic schemes he has in mind, with RUHI around...and if they DO choose to believe ADI over their BAHU...I want to see HOW any of the Bhallas can step over Ishita, blaming her for ADI's 'state'..with RUHI around.
