Star Plus popular drama Yeh Hai Mohabbatein s vamp Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) has left for the US with her mother failing sick but she has trained her son to do what needs to be done behind her back.

Raman (Karan Patel) and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) who have taken Aditya (Gautam Ahuja) responsibility will be in for a huge shock with the young boy falls ill. However this would be Aditya's doing as he would have deliberately consumed the wrong medicines to make Ishita look like the culprit.

Sources reveal that Aditya will exchange his medicines with that of Mrs. Bhalla and thus fall ill consuming them. Since it was Ishita who gave him the medicines the blame would come upon her.

How will everybody react on this news? Will things change between Raman and Ishita? Or will Raman be confident about his wife having no hand in the medicine exchange drama?
