I'm writing this three shot based on the current track. It starts after shagun tells ishita about raman and her anniversary.

Ishita ran into her room unable to stand shagun's harsh words. She was constantly blabbering about how romantic raman was with her during their marriage days and that she gave him the most precious gift any wife can give to her husband- their own child. Shagun told her that they got the news that she was pregnant with adi on the day of their wedding anniversary. The bhallas told shagun to keep quiet but she was hell bent on insulting ishita. As a result, ishita couldn't stop her tears as she ran into the room.
Raman came back from office and a very worried bhalla family told him everything. How shagun brought up the topic of her anniversary and how she insulted ishita. Raman's anger shot up through the roof as he marched right into ruhi's room where shagun was brushing her hair with an evil smirk plastered on her face.
Raman: What the hell do you think of yourself huh?
Shagun: Kya huva raman?
Raman: Huva kya hai? Zyada bholi mat bano tum! Main acchi tarah se jaanta hoon tumne kya kiya. You made my ishita cry. How dare you?!?!
Shagun: Raman, truth is always bitter. You are still affected by me. You are happy that I am here.
Raman: Bakwaas mat karo. Main itna bada bewakoof nahin hoon. Yes I am happy, but you are not the reason anymore. Ishita is a thousand times better than you in every way possible. And hereafter if you hurt her in any way, I'll forget that you gave birth to my kids.
Shagun: Never raman. You'll never be able to do that. You'll never be able to get over the fact that I gave birth to your kids and ishita will never be able to do that!
Hearing this raman couldn't control his anger and raised his hand to slap the woman for good. But his hand stopped in mid air as a hand grabbed him from the back. His nerves calmed down as he saw her angelic face which was red due to crying. Ishita gestured him to let it go and he gave a look of warning to shagun before leaving the room.
Shagun was furious. She hated the fact that raman doesn't even care a bit about her now. She hated the fact that she could never make a place for herself in bhalla house now. But above all she hated ishita, because of whom raman is ignoring her no matter how much she tried.
When raman and ishita reached their room, he turned to ishita and held her shoulders. But she only smiled and told him that she had to attend an appointment at her clinic. She went away before he could stop her. But raman knew she was lying. No matter how hard she tries to hide her inner feelings, her eyes never lies to him. They are like windows to her soul. So raman decided that he would erase all her pains and make her feel special before the end of the day. But little did he know that things were going to take a major turn.
Ishita sat at her desk crying her eyes out. The demons which she had kicked out of her brain came back haunting her. Telling her that she was worthless. Telling her that she was not good enough for raman. Telling her that nothing has changed. That she was rejected because she is infertile and it is going to be the same. Telling her that she can never keep her husband happy and she herself can never be happy. Telling her that raman was happier in his first marriage than he is with ishita. She cried some more.
But then a thought struck her mind. Raman isn't like other men she met. He is special and he makes her feel special. Yes he was rude during the initial days but then she didn't know him well. He has changed now. He is no more the arrogent drunkard. He is a loving and caring person now. She remembered all the cute fights they had and all the times he stood up for her. She remembered their kuch kuch hota hai moment and their cute remote fight. She remembered how he gave up his presidentship just to get her license back. And she smiled through her tears. "Raman isn't like the other men I met. He would never give up on me", she thought once again.
And she got up from her desk eager to go meet him. She couldn't hide her feelings from him anymore. She needed to tell him. On the other hand, raman decorated their room with candles and rose petals. He was determined to bring that smile on ishita's face again. He couldn't hide his feelings from her anymore. He needed to tell her.
But sometimes no matter how much you want something, things don't work out the way you want them to. Isn't it?
Precap: It's past midnight and no news of ishita. Bhallas and Iyers are worried. Raman constantly calls ishita but she doesn't respond.
