i do remember that episode and i never felt ishita wanted consumnation, she was just happy that even raman has the same feelings for her! I still stick to the fact that raman like any man wants only one thing from a woman! Other wise why on the earth did he try to molest ishita, why didnt he book an entire restaurent if he wanted privacy, why did he book a suite! If he was so descent, he should not have obeyed bala's advise so happily, he should have first confessed,given her some time,and then do what he wanted if ishita allowed him to!

Ishita knew before this incident that Raman loved her.

Ishita said "aaj raat ko...aise to hum sirf sharmatei reh jayenge". She was blushing profusely at that time which was a give away about what she really wanted to do at that night.

I am not a big fan of Raman's character and I am always dissapointed with his actions but i dont think he was desperate to consummate the marriage.
